Öldur is the first and only Meadery in Iceland. We have a good variety of both classic and light meads. Depending on what we have on hand you will get to taste at least three different type of meads. We focus on quality and try to use Icelandic ingredients as often as possible. Prepare for the adventure of a lifetime when choosing this two-day tour of Iceland’s South Coast. The first day’s stops include Seljalandsfoss, Gljufrabui waterfall, Skogafoss waterfall, and Reynisfjara black sand beach-ending in a Glacier Hike on Solheimajokull. Your hotel will be somewhere between the towns of Vik and Hofn, and you will have plenty of time to explore the area! The second-day stops include: Jokulsarlon, Diamond Beach, Amphibian Boat Tour, Eldhraun Lava Fields, The Bridge of the Volcanoes, and Fjadrargljufur River Canyon to complete our view of Icelandic nature. If time permits, we will explore more of Vik on our return drive home. The minimum age for participants is eight years. Be sure to pack warm clothing and comfortable shoes to enjoy every aspect of this experience. Dinner is late for some advise bringing snacks to prevent hungry spells. Please note that July and August are very busy on the South Coast, and this tour fills up quickly.

This is a super jeep adventure with the unforgettable experience of walking through caves made from ice on the Katla glacier. To get to the glacier we use modified jeeps with huge tyres. This is part of the adventure. When we arrive at the base of the glacier in the middle of the Icelandic wilderness, we will explore ice caves, and hike around a little on the glacier. After that we drive to Hjorleifshofdi, a deserted black sand beach. We only focus on small groups, with a more personal service. We spend as much time as is possible on the glacier giving you the chance to really take in this once in a lifetime opportunity. Our guides know these areas very well and have been working in the area for many years. All of our guides have experience and are trained in glacial exploration and are first aid certified.

Drive around the area between Fljótshlíð and Eyjafjallajökull. Visit waterfalls, drive on the Markaðsfljótaurar- tundra sand fields around Dímon, cross small streams, and stop at a viewpoint looking over Seljalandsfoss, and Vestmannaeyjar (Westman Islands).
