Tour guide No Show!

We drove three hours to reach our rendezvous point and were able to make it 30 min prior to the departure time. To our biggest surprise, the tour guide simply did not show up and we did not receive any message in that sense. On the contrary, we received three days prior to our excursion date all the details of where to meet, what to expect, and a confirmation of our excursion. The night before our trip we also received another message welcoming us to this experience. When we tried to reach the guide, no answer. Same thing happened when the agent from VIATOR tried to reach the guide.
