Please be ready at 8:00 AM at your designated pick up location. We start picking up at the bus stops around downtown Reykjavik and then move on to locations outside the centre. The pick up process usually takes up to 30 minutes. Due to traffic regulations, we can't stop at all hotel entrances downtown, so please read carefully if you will be picked up at your hotel or at the nearest designated Bus Stop (usually no further than a couple of mins walk). For walking distance to bus stops, please check the bus stop site added to your voucher for your guidance. Hiking boots are mandatory (available also for rental at Katla cave location)

If you’re visiting Iceland, I highly recommend doing the Katla Ice Cave tour. It’s a truly unique natural wonder and something you won’t forget.
The super jeep ride across the rugged landscape to reach the cave was an adventure in itself and really added to the experience. It was beautiful with all the snow.
Our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the glacier and the area. They explained how the cave forms under the glacier and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the tour.

This was the coolest thing I did. Our driver handled some tricky terrain like a champ. Our Katla Cave jeep driver/ guide was also amazing. Just book it!

Fantastic day trip from Reykjavik! Our bus driver Egill picked us up directly in front of our hotel in a very comfortable sprinter van. He provided very informative and funny commentary during the ride to Vik. We stopped at a supermarket for snacks and a bathroom break. In vik we met up with Martin who drove us in a small group in a super jeep to the Katla ice caves! What an experience! Once in a lifetime experience. Martin was funny, informative and fun!! Highly recommend!! One of our favorite tours in Iceland

Long day but wonderful! The ice caves were really incredible. Was about a 20 minute walk (not difficult) up to the cave. Took this tour because it included the caves- and it didn’t disappoint.

What a great tour! The company was fantastic and very responsive. We started it day at about 8 am, and I was dropped off about 730-8 pm. We got lucky with the weather, but it guide took us to all promised stops, have us history along the way, and provided quite time to rest along the way. The day never felt rush, even with the limited daylight. I would recommend this tour and the company.

This trip was amazing ! Out guide was great, communicated well on expectations and helped prepare for each of the stops.
The glacier hike and the ice cave were amazing!! Had another guide for this, Beda . He was great, made the experience in the ice caves and glacier unique. He waited for everyone, took pictures for the group and did not make us rush.

Driver/guide never gave us time as published in your itinerary like gave 30 mins instead of 45 minutes for Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss
Only 1 hour for Vikurfjara Black Sand Beach instead of 1 hour and 30 minutes!

The guide was pretty stoic during pick up. He provided a lot of local information. We were pressed for time but did have the opportunity to see both waterfalls, a quick stop at the beach including picking up some sandwiches for lunch. The cave tour and glacier walk was awesome!!
The only downside was the temperature in the van was not well regulated. We roasted until we asked for some relief. Several reminders were needed to make adjustments.

Great trip to icecave . Driver for trip bjork was full of info,funny and made sure we got to cave on time. Well worth the money and seeing so many beautiful places on the way to cave. Highly recommend using this company and troll company too.

I cannot say enough about this experience and this company. Our main guide Bjorn at troll.is was phenomenal. Loved every part of this trip. Highly recommend. Black Beach is no joke. Dangerously beautiful. Ice caves cool as much as I thought. Waterfalls a bonus.
