An Absolute Must-Do for First-Timers in Venice! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We did this tour last week and it was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. If you are visiting Venice for the first time, I honestly can't recommend this experience enough. We got to see so many of the city's absolute highlights in one go, from wandering through the bustling local markets and standing on the Rialto Bridge, to checking out the outside of Marco Polo’s old house. Of course, walking through St. Mark’s Square, seeing the gorgeous Basilica, and exploring the Doge’s Palace were incredible, and getting to top it all off with a classic gondola ride through the canals was just magical. What truly made the day unforgettable, though, was our tour guide, Alex. He was absolutely incredible. You can tell he is genuinely passionate about Venice, and his energy was infectious. Instead of just rattling off dry historical facts, he shared his deep knowledge in a way that really brought the stories of the city to life. He was easily the highlight of the whole experience. If you want a stress-free, deeply informative, and fun introduction to Venice, you need to book this tour.

Beautiful and Informative!

Rona was fantastic! Full of history, landmarks, gorgeous buildings and views. Gondola ride across the Grand Canal and through beautiful areas of homes and businesses was refreshing and peaceful. We stopped when we wanted and she took pictures of us throughout.

Must do!!!

Wonderful food and wine tour!! Alessia was our guide and she was fabulous. She knows everything about Venice and the surrounding areas and gave great ideas for places to visit during our trip. During the tour we visited 5 places and each was great. The food and wine pairings were plentiful. We couldn’t believe how much food was involved. The gondola part is the trip from one side of the canal to the other, so very short. But it was the only gondola we booked so we can check it off the bucket list…lol Definitely a must do trip!

Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful day on the tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the Venetian history! Doge’s Palace was incredible! It ended up being one of our favorite tours of our entire Italian trip! The gondola ride will be shared with another couple but that was fine with us! We were able to get a better picture that way (and the gondola rides are very expensive if you don’t book it through this tour)!

Fantastic day in Venice

Fantastic tour. Marco was a great tour guide. This tour was very comprehensive but also did not feel rushed. We had plenty of time at lunch and felt like we saw all the sites we wanted to see that day. The family walked away very impressed and pleased at the end of the day.

The only way to truly meet the Queen of the Adriatic…

Our time in Venice was very limited (two days) so we wanted to prioritize getting to know and understand the city and her stories. The tour guided by Lorenzo was the perfect choice for us—he quickly assessed our interests and proceeded to give us a 90 minute guided tour of the city, both the stories behind the well known sites (like the Rialto bridge) as well as taking us into tiny alleyways and passages to get a feel for the Venezia that few tourists ever see. After 90 minutes learning the history, the legends, and the present day realities of the city, we stepped into a gondola that took us so quietly through the canals as the sunset faded and the lights of Venice turned on around us. This tour was a splurge for us, but there is only one Queen in Venice and this is the perfect guide to introduce you. I would do do this again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone coming to visit who wants to step outside the main tourist routes and try being Venetian for an evening.

Most beautiful thing in Venice

I would recommend this to every single person that comes to Venice, it’s really a once-in-a-lifetime experience no one should ever miss. It’s five of us so we have two gondolas, my husband and myself together with son on the gondola that has musicians and my mum and in-law on the other one, they can clearly hear the songs and took lots of wonderful video. The musicians are great player and singer, it’s one of our best if not the best-best memory of Italy! I would say it’s something you can really feel how wonderful and dreamy this city it!
