This was so fire if you are doing research and skeptical about booking just book it it’s worth the price they give you lunch with your ticket all you can eat buffet it is a lot of walking so just be prepared for that and I mean a lot of walking also bring your own water shoes change of clothes sunscreen and also buy a waterproof case for your phone so u can have your phone with you in the water. If your skeptical once again it’s worth it most fun I had at an adventure park.

This tour is exactly as described. Our guide Luis & driver Manuel did everything to make it enjoyable. Seeing the ruins (much larger area than we expected) was incredible & the Cenote was a great experience. Lunch was great. Definitely a worthwhile excursion.

The ruins are really...
The ruins are really interesting. You can see original colors and layouts of the city. The place is very well kept. The guide Candy was very knowledgeable as well as concise (a plus in a 38 celcius degrees day at noon), giving us very interesting insights about Mayan gods, and how they are portrayed in architecture. Snorkeling with turtles was successful. We saw several of them, quite close but carefully. Fernando (our main guide) was always taking care that we could all see them without disturbing them (or the least as possible). We also saw a big stingray. One thing that could have been mentioned in this tour's description: you are not allowed to enter the water with sunscreen to not disturb the fauna, which makes sense, but if they mentioned it beforehand we could have taken extra tshirts with us... which also comes in handy because they were selling tshirts! This is a bit shady. I don't dislike the tour for this, but for anyone reading: take extra tshirt (or water shirts). The closed Cenote was stunning. And since we still had the snorkeling masks we could see how the cave was underwater. Really beautiful experience. About the guides: Fernando was both nice and giving us very good information. He is truly competent at his job. He answered every question we had and he appreciates the questions, actually. The photographer (another Fernando) took really good photos. Now, we cannot avoid mentioning Maria Teresa. Thankfully she wasn't our main guide, but we went with her to the entrance of the ruins. She made sure that that would take us at least an hour coming, going, coming back, going again... just for bathrooms. And, of course we understand people needing bathrooms, but then why not using them at the entrance? Also, the group was going to be divided in 2 groups either way, and the people that wanted to go to the bathroom suggested for the rest to continue, but no... we had to ALL go back to the entrance (with a golf cart which we had to wait for). By the end, we could have just gone back on our own, but we were engaged into waiting again for people who, again, suggested for the rest to be able to leave. Another thing: we are adults, we don't need to be called little children, have every answer sugarcoated as if I was a 5 year old. Since this was the very beginning of our trip, we were really, really regretting choosing this tour. However, after we managed to just go with Candy, then the rest of the tour (Cenote, Snorkeling) was really amazing, so the mood was restored, thankfully.

Great Family Excursion!
The perfect 1/2 day experience to get out of the resorts and see/experience some of the history and culture of the area. Tulum was definitely interesting but the highlight of the tour for sure was the Mayan Village and the cenote! Our tour guide Mary was fabulous. Be sure to eat breakfast before going, as well as know exactly where to meet your tour guide.
