Great Family Excursion!

The perfect 1/2 day experience to get out of the resorts and see/experience some of the history and culture of the area. Tulum was definitely interesting but the highlight of the tour for sure was the Mayan Village and the cenote! Our tour guide Mary was fabulous. Be sure to eat breakfast before going, as well as know exactly where to meet your tour guide.

Tour with Jorge - the cenote was incredible!

We had a great tour with Jorge. He is friendly and entertaining and made the whole experience great. Everything was easy and taken care of for us in advance. The Tulum ruins were so cool, and an archeological guide was provided for us. Snorkeling with turtles was very cool, and we saw at least 5 turtles. The cenote was incredible! We were fed and then got to go down to the cenote and swim and explore. It wasn't overpopulated and the meal was delicious. Jorge provided educational information to us the entire time. My only complaint is that I would have liked more time to explore the shops at Tulum. We were able to purchase some souvenirs while tequila tasting at the end of the cenote visit though. Our photographer was great too and captured some great photos of us and our excursion! Overall I would highly recommend this tour!

Great family experience- highly recommend

This was absolutely great. There was a very good ratio of guides to travelers. Two groups totaling 12 people had a dedicated guide and driver. My kids are 9, 10 and 17 and this was absolutely perfect for everyone. The only thing to be aware of is that you cannot take pictures in the cenote, which is very unfortunate. The company has a dedicated photographer and they sell very expensive and inflexible packages unfortunately. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s better if you know beforehand.

The Perfect Chichen Tour

Absolutely perfect way to view Chichen Itza from Cancun. The day is long, but everything is set up flawlessly and it flows well. Lunch is delicious (includes everything except the drinks), cenote is beautiful, and Chichen Itza is definitely best experienced with a guided tour. Bus is comfortable and needed for quick naps. You make two “tourist” stops to buy things. We had Uli and Norma as our guides and they were incredible. Would highly recommend this tour with them as guides.

The adventure was amazing. Guide amazing as well. What I would suggest for other travellers. A few things to consider if you are thinking, you will be able to take pictures in the water caves or even a go pro they don’t allow you to do so. They have a person that will take pictures for you and you have to buy a package just to have pictures. They are not cheap. Second thing swimming with the turtles amazing experience. But they don’t tell you till you’re on the way there no sunscreen or products on skin. So you don’t contaminate the area that the turtles are swimming their habitat so therefore I would suggest wearing a long sleeve shirt and long swimming pants and then if you have no hair like I do a beanie cap as you’re half in the water and half exposed to the sun, but the experience is wonderful. I even saw a Caribbean stingray so we had to move sliding our feet so we don’t step up sweeping your feet alert, stem of you’re coming and they will just go away but overall great experience just giving tips for the future traveller joining this trip

We really loved the...

We really loved the experience!! We didn’t do everything and that was honestly by choice due to our hair but I believe there was a lot of time to do everything. The only issues is that when we lost something ie a water shoe in the water we had to wait for around 3 hrs to get it back and during that time we were expected to walk barefoot which was unsafe and hurt! We loved the food!!!

Despite the windy and chilly morning, we had a great time with this experience! The crew made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and enjoying themselves the whole time. Plenty of drinks were served, some light snacks, and we appreciated all of the tips and info we got before reaching the island.

Worth it!

Prepare to swim! Tons to see and do. Need the whole day for it. Food is great and its worth getting wet and seeing all kinds of fish and wildlife. Slides are fun and I recommend getting the photo package. Tons for it and you get photos you dont want to miss. 2nd time going for just how awesome it is!

Its a must see. Make sure you bring a plastic waterproof wallet to put your phone in, as there are beautiful photos to take. They will ask for 30 US dollars to buy one when you are there which I think is a rip off. Beautiful park...well worthit. The swim in the under water cave was the highlight.

We are a couple from San Francisco California, came to Cancun for Christmas vacation. We enjoyed all the activities: horseback riding, ATV, Ziplining, and cenote. We got a lot of time on the horse riding and ATV; not a 10 minutes each like what most tours offer. There were 6 different ziplining, each with higher heights; most tours only offer one. The cenote included a slide and a zipliner about 15’ high for diving. It was my first experience diving that high without knowing how to swim. I wish that there was photography at the cenote to capture that experience.

Amazing All the way...

Amazing All the way around. Be prepared for alot of walking to get to attractions but we'll worth it. BRING YOUR OWN PROTECTION PHONE CASE from home, as you will not be able to take your own photos while enjoying the park. There is a stated charge if you want to purchase upon your arrival to the park. You will either purchase the photo package available, purchase a phone water protection case or be present in the moment and be okay with the memories in your mind. Dinner was plentiful and had mutilple options for everyone. I liked that i could eat , enjoy thr park and come back for more.
