What are people saying about Tokyo

Molly was a great tour...
Molly was a great tour guide- adjusting the tour to our interests. It was nice to have a guide navigate Harajuku as it’s a very busy area and she made it a bit less overwhelming. Our teenage kids loved the area and we continued to shop after the tour. We also really enjoyed the lunch and snacks along the way! I would recommend! Thank you Molly!

Well organised, amazing monkeys
Well organised and efficient. Yes it is a lot of driving (approx 3.5hrs there and 4-5 back depending on traffic) but the bus is comfortable and they make a good number of stops at rest stations. The monkeys are worth the trip!
Our guide - Thomas - was super lovely, gave explanations along the way and was very caring…he even ran up the hill to the monkey park to make sure he was the first one there so we didn’t have to wait for our tickets!
Lunch was tasty too.

Mount Fuji Good Time
Keiko did great job guiding us. We had a great time annd saw the beautiful sights of Fuji! Only feedback is I wish let us know lunch was cash only so I could prepare little more cash. Otherwise highly recommend! She also care for my 5 year old like her own.

This was it! We wanted to...
This was it! We wanted to see as much of Tokyo as possible, from disembarkation from the Tokyo cruise port to Haneda. And we got so much more! Mike met us with a luxurious ride and we finalized the details of our tour. We not only saw everything on our list, but also got some in-depth information/insights, a delish ramen lunch, and time to shop for souvenirs. Mike was an excellent driver/guide and made this a very enjoyable experience!

Best Bike Guide In Tokyo
Gahku was our subaraschi Guide! He is such a professional cyclist always calling out every Turn, „clear“ to be confident no one is coming. He did such a fantastic job. The Route is approximately 17 miles, however it felt more like 8 miles. He is very measured with the changing of the Traffic lights, you go right thru, the Temples, Shrines, backalleys, truly best bike tour in Tokyo. Arigato!

Pleasant is not just a state of mind -- pleasant was a complete, satisfying experience booking this trip
This was a most wonderful trip. We booked really late -- the evening before, on a whim, on our second to the last day of a week-long trip to Tokyo. Booking was a breeze. Meet-up details were exceedingly comprehensible, and the bus showed up punctually. And the tour itself -- it was such a joy. The best part was the place where they took us for a lunch and there was a nearby spot in the lake that had not many tourists in it: practically deserted. So there's lots of opportunities to take photos and to meditate. The traditional village part was also memorable. Special shout out to Chen, our tour guide -- classy, gentle, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Her soft touch and inner calm really shines through. 10/10 would take the this tour again within the year when i come back with the rest of my family, and would recommend to friends.

Even with changes, still a great tour
Really enjoyed my day with Beru in Nikko. BE AWARE that the itinerary changes in the winter months and does not include Kegon waterfall and Chuzengi Lake, even though the tour company lists the waterfall and lake in all reminders. The changes are buried in the tour description and I must have missed them. I am still rating this tour as 5 stars because there was a surprise stop in a different area that was an enjoyable (and delicious) Japanese cultural experience :) Beru was a fantastic tour guide and presented all of the information in both English and Spanish.

A day in tokyo
Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.

Perfect Mt. Fuji & Kawaguchiko Day with Masae and Toshi
Our private car tour to Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko with Masae (guide) and Toshi (driver) was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, Masae’s communication stood out—she carefully tailored the itinerary around our interests and even factored in the unique timing of the Fire Festival on the day of our visit. Her message to us set the tone for the entire day: thoughtful, flexible, and focused on making sure we experienced the very best.
On the day itself, Masae’s guidance and Toshi’s expert driving made the trip seamless and stress-free. Masae’s knowledge of the region, combined with her warm and accommodating approach, allowed us to enjoy each site without feeling rushed. She adjusted plans as needed based on the weather and traffic, ensuring that we could make the most of every moment.
Toshi was a wonderful driver—safe, reliable, and always ready to get us comfortably from one highlight to the next. Together, they made a fantastic team, and we felt completely taken care of throughout the journey.
If you’re looking for a memorable and personalised experience to Mt. Fuji, we highly recommend booking with Masae and Toshi. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care turned a great trip into an unforgettable one.

Great experience - highly recommended. 5 stars.
This tour was a fantastic experience. Charles was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and cheerful, and he has a clear passion for photography.
He gave me some fantastic tips on using my phone camera and how to get the best shots, and he helped me get amazing photos that I've sent to my family and friends back home.
If you want to see Tokyo through a different lens, quite literally, and explore the intricate twists and turns around the maze of Shinjuku and Shibuya, then this is the tour for you.

Historical walk in old Yanaka
Kaori was a marvelous guide, her tour was well planned out, she was very knowledgeable about the area and history. She was flexible about stopping to visit a few shops, stopping for refreshments, and resting when needed. She was truly a pleasure to chat with and ask all our questions about Tokyo.
