A Perfect Evening Tour in Singapore

Alex was an outstanding guide for our evening trip throughout Singapore. He first asked us if we would like to modify the tour as defined in the Viator description. We started with a river cruise, then visited Chinatown, and finished with a viewing of the Garden Rhapsody night light show at Gardens by the Bay. Alex had a special place to watch the show which was removed from the large crowd and offered an outstanding view with a place to sit. The skies threatened to rain all evening and Alex always had umbrellas instantly available. The tour was a perfect way to see Signapore in the evening.

Where to begin!! What an amazing, unforgettable day we had in Batam all thanks to John and this tour! We booked this tour the night before from Singapore and everything went so smoothly. John, our guide, greeted us at the ferry port and took us on a once in a lifetime day through Batam. From the unforgettable cultural experience, to the amazing fresh seafood lunch, to all the beautiful sites we saw, to the delicious coffee we tasted and finally the wonderful massage!! I can’t say enough about this tour, i’d do it again and again! John made this tour so great , we felt safe, informed and treated like royalty. I had broke my sneakers and John went out of his way to help get me new sneakers!! It was one for the books, we have been smiling ear to ear since we have returned from Batam. Take this tour. From the on time pick up, clean, new vehicles. Max was my driver to the Malaysian border then switched vehicle, driver Alex. Very safe driver. Great conversation. Once we reached Batu Caves, my guide Lionel was waiting. Great, patient guide, he went with me up those 272 steps, lol. At Petronas Towers Lionel waited while I went to the top. Very knowledgeable guide. The drive to Malaysia was about 4 hours, we stopped every two hours, thank you Alex. He had juice and plenty of water and pastries in the van. I really enjoyed this tour. I was a solo traveler. I felt safe with Max, Alex and Lionel. Thank you.

Our tour with Gee Soo yesterday was one of the best tours I've ever taken, and I wish I could give him more than five stars. He came to our hotel to meet us and asked us a few questions to get to know us and our experience of Singapore and our expectations for the day, then explained his plans and made sure all six of us were on board. We visited all of the places we'd requested (Little India and the Sri Veeramakaliamman (Kali) Temple, Gardens by the Bay, the National Orchard Garden, and the Merlion Statue); Gee added Marina Barrage, Raffles Hotel, and the City Gallery, plus stops for lunch (chicken rice) and coffee with kaya toast, all of which added to our appreciation of Singapore. Along the way, Gee told us about the sights we were seeing, listened to and answered our questions, talked about life in Singapore, pointed out photo opportunities, took LOTS of photos of the group and of individual couples, and made the day special over and over. I'd be remiss not to mention Bernie, our driver, who got us from place to place in comfort and safety (and added information when needed). A few hours after the tour, Gee sent us the photos he'd taken and a recap of the day. We all wanted to give him at least six stars, but the system won't let us! Thanks, Gee and Bernie!

Amazing fun packed trip

We were met as soon as we disembarked the ferry. We were taken to the terminal lounge whilst our paperwork was sorted. I found it easy to arrange the Arrival Visas online ahead of our trip. We were then met by Jackey and his driver. Both were lovely and went over and above to ensure we saw all we could. I contacted the company the day before the trip to request an earlier ferry booking and to tailor the trip and they were very prompt in reply and very accommodating. Jackey took us to various mosques, temples and museums and was always on hand to take pictures. The lunch was a great experience and was very tasty. The two hour massage was also very good after a very busy holiday. Once we were all done, we were driven back to the terminal lounge for coffee and cake while the paperwork was completed. We were then taken directly to our ferry and waved on board. It was a wonderful trip and provided a great insight into Batam. This turned out to be one of the best trips we had been on.
