Pickup will be at your hotel as long as its located within the city limits, if it's not you will have to make your own way to the meetup point. Lovely experience.. the highlight of the trip was ‘Wings of time’ show. Our guide, Mr Don, was excellent, made sure that every thing was seamless. We loved every moment of this trip.

Thank you for your feedback. However, it’s necessary to clarify the events and address your claims. You opted for the non-guided tour, which clearly outlines that it includes tickets and transportation—making it fairly priced for the convenience provided. On the day of your booking, one of the attractions was unexpectedly closed. To ensure you didn’t miss out, we immediately offered you two options: either a replacement attraction on the same day or the same attraction on another day with free transportation. You confirmed and chose the latter, and we made all necessary arrangements. Later, you decided to cancel, citing personal reasons such as your children not enjoying the experience, even though the arrangements had already been finalized and paid for on your behalf. Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with a partial refund for the closed attraction, even though the situation was beyond our control. To call our service “overpriced” is simply untrue, as the cost covers the tickets, transportation, and the convenience of a pre-arranged itinerary. Your demands for a refund after confirming and causing us to incur costs were unreasonable, and your behavior throughout this process was uncooperative and, frankly, childish. We stand by the fairness of our pricing and the professionalism of our team. While we appreciate feedback, it’s important that reviews reflect facts, not frustration over circumstances that were handled with care and flexibility.
