There were four stops with adequate time to take photos, but not time to look for souvenirs. Our guide, Marie, was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and shared both cultural and historical insights.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Dear Michael,
Thank you very much for your review and valuable comments. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the tour.
Our intention is always to ensure that our guests have sufficient time to fully experience, learn, and enjoy the tour itself, which is why shopping stops are generally not included in the itinerary. We want our guests to gain the best possible experience and maximise the value of their time and money with us.
With best regards,
Fay
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again on another tour in the future.

I had to call the tour operator in the morning to find out what was happening as the bus arrived almost 15 minutes late to pick us up from our designated meeting point.
That aside, the tour itself was enjoyable and the guide was great.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Hi George,
First would like to apologize for the delay as sometimes traffic is out of our control but we do our best to ensure that you are comfortable and have a good memorable experience. Thank you for your time and we hope to see you again soon.

While you wont see everything, nor cover anything in depth- it does provide a good overview of the city as well as hitting the major highlights. Its also great that it finishes at the orchid garden, so one can stay longer if wanted.

Our guide was very friendly and informative—well organized. Although I enjoyed getting all the information, some time without talking would also have been appreciated.
Visiting the area near the mosque was okay but would like to have seen Little India.
The visit to Thian Hock Keng Temple was very nice. I enjoyed the guide’s information.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Dear Karen,
Thank you very much for your feedback. As out City Tour Itinerary is fixed we are unable to include Little India as it is covered under another tour which is the Nightout Chinatown with Little India. In any case we are glad that you had a good tour experience.
With best regards
Fay
