One of the best walking tours we've done
Elio was brilliant - friendly, engaging and incredibly knowledgable about the city, the art and the culture. We've done a lot of these sorts of tours in different places and he is one of the best guides we've had. He said he also does tours in Florence and we will definitely book with him next time we are there. Thank you so much Elio!

Great Tuscan Cook Class
A very fun cooking class - we made a full 4 course meal with soup, pasta, main course and dessert. I liked that it was around dinner time so we got to eat the yummy food we made for dinner. The class was a good pace, the instructions were clear and the food was fantastic - definitely recommend :)

EXCELLENT “Taste” of Tuscany
Excellent overview of vineyard management and the wine production process! John is knowledgeable and very personable. The 4 (actually SIX) wines that we tasted were quite good and the meal accompanying it was excellent (lived the flourless chocolate cake!). All aspects of the 3-4 hours were carefully planned and curated. Thank you for a wonderful Tuscany experience!

Wonderful day in Montalcino
We had a wonderful time exploring 3 different vineyards in Montalcino, where we were warmly welcomed at each. Marco, our tour guide was knowledgeable and so much fun! By the end of the day I felt like he was our friend.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the second vineyard, Cava D’Onice with the wine maker Simone in his home, made by his wife (The Big Boss as Simone calls her!)
Marco took time to take us to an 11th century Abbey to explore, which was stunning!
I highly recommend this tour, with any luck you’ll have Marco as your guide!

Outstanding Experience
This is a fabulous tour / Al a Carte experience. The tour of the vineyard gave a great insight into the history of the Chianti region and the importance of the grapes. The best was yet to come, they have an outstanding Chef who created a four course meal to accompany four of the wines produced there, the meal was incredible served on the terrace over looking the vines as the sun set. The team looking after us, some of which are the owners, we're such great hosts, this is a must visit to experience.

Informative and Fun
This is a fabulous tour. We requested a guide Giulia for the second time because she is accommodating and adaptable and made the tour of Siena fun, relaxed and informative. She is extremely knowledgeable as we learned about the contrade and especially the famous Palio horse race. I highly recommend this guide and this tour.

Great guide - really see Siena!
Anita did a wonderful job of showing us around the “neighborhoods” and churches of Siena. She really brought the city to life for us, tying in the history of the horse race competition to life today. We loved talking with her and hearing her stories. She was flexible meeting us as we were a bit late arriving. I highly recommend a walk around Siena with Anita!

Great customer service with Renato
Even though I wasn’t able to do my balloon ride due to inclement weather I would still very much like to pay my sincere compliments to the tour operator, Renato. He provided such excellent customer service…his genuine sense of caring and concern, his responsiveness and helpfulness all makes me definitely want to try to book another ride with him upon my return to Tuscany. Renato is a credit to Viator!

A great and informative hike
Wonderful guided hike through the beautiful countryside: our guide Giovanni was excellent - educated us on the history of the area and the trail as well as the plant life. We wound up being the only ones on the tour the day we went. Wear good shoes - part of the trail is rocky. There are some inclines but overall a doable hike.
We enjoyed the winery at the end and stayed there for lunch after the tasting. Thanks Giovanni for a grea lt morning. We learned so much

Siena Brought to Life
We had a truly lovely tour of Siena with Idania. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, happily answering all of our numerous questions. Because she lives in Siena, she was able to share not just the history but also what life is like in the city today, which made the experience feel even more personal and authentic.
She guided us through fascinating historical sites and spoke with such passion that everything came to life. Her background in art history really showed, she wove in details and stories that we never would have discovered on our own.
We ended the tour with one of her lunch recommendations, which was the perfect way to wrap up a wonderful morning.

Great guided experience with Luca
Our guide Luca was very knowledgeable and gave great information all day throughout the tour. He had good recommendations for restaurants in the cities we visited, and explained the different wines and products very well. The tour itself was nice, with visits to two wineries and some cities with impressive views over the hillside in Tuscany.

Family Tour of Siena (family of five with 13, 10, and 8 year old kids)
Great experience walking through Siena. Audio guide gave great insight into various sites and website was very easy use. We went to Siena in August so it was very warm. The self paced audio guide was nice because we could take breaks whenever we wanted and start back up at any point within the tour.
