The tour was great. Silvia was helpful, showed us around, answered all of our questions and was, in general, an awesome tour guide. I’m not a fan of Viator but feel very lucky that Silvia was our guide.

Silvia is a great guide. Her knowledge of the city and its history are top notch.
We were fortunate to be visiting on the feast day of one of the Contradas of Siena, so we got to see the parade of its members. Silvia was great about explaining what was happening, and how it all relates not only to the Palio, but to all the citizens of the inner city.
If you can, book Silvia for a tour of Siena. You won't regret it!

The tour guide, Silvia, was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. She was also very kind because we were running late. Also, we were able to communicate with her via phone to let her know we were running late. That was very nice of her to share her phone number. It was very helpful.

Silvia was a really great guide. She was great with our kids. I would highly recommend this tour as a family with lots of kids. She included them and made it interesting and also was very interesting for the adults as well.

The guide Silvia has broad knowledge of different subjects like architecture, history, local food, people of the city ... and uses it to customize the tour individually to the audience. We have learned a lot about Siena and had a lot of fun. It was a great experience.

We screwed up & traveled to Sienna a day early. One of Silvia’s colleagues called Silvia, & she arrived in 20 minutes to save our visit. She accommodated us though she’d had other plans. She is pleasant, really knows her stuff, and made great recommendations for dining, etc. She was so professional in every way!

Silvia Roncucci was our guide and we had a wonderful tour. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about Siena. Siena is a fascinating city but we would have just walked by so many interesting things if we didn't have a guide. My husband and I felt like we received an amazing introduction to this historical city.
