With Alessandro's help you will learn all the secrets to create the perfect dough and to roll out the disc as Neapolitan tradition dictates. At this point you can choose how to season your pizza. Our company will provide you with only the freshest, seasonal and high quality ingredients with which you can adorn your pizza. You will follow the cooking of your pizza in the oven and as soon as it is ready you will be able to taste the fruit of your work together with all the other participants in a relaxing atmosphere of absolute conviviality. Everything will be accompanied by the tasting of excellent local beers. Finally, you will receive a nice gadget to thank you for taking part in the course.

The visitor will have the opportunity to touch the efforts of the olive grower, to immerse himself in his typical day during the pruning or harvesting operations and then to taste on the table the sublime result, the result of the effort of generations and distillate of the millenary Sicilian tradition in olive cultivation. At the end of the experience, you will have the opportunity to buy the oil to take home a bit of Sicily to embellish the dishes of your kitchen.
