What are people saying about Sao Miguel

The crew successfully...
The crew successfully found both dolphins and whales. We stayed in both areas long enough to see them multiple times. They were considerate of the needs of those on the tour. The ride back was a bit choppy but that wasn't the fault of the tour operators. We enjoyed it.

Best tour I have ever been on!
This tour is the perfect way to see the eastern part of the island. Very relaxed and beautiful scenery. So nice to get out of the city. Our guide Joaquim was the best and made this experience even more wonderful. He was attentive to questions and conversation to everyone in our group. No rushing at all. Had a lot of inside info since this is his home! Every stop we made was beautiful and the stew was delicious!

Best excursion ever!
We did this ride despite the weather not being optimal, but it worth it 100%!! ATV's were nice and comfortable, trails and roads were just right for an adventure. Our guide was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Cannot stress enough as others have, dress appropriately, bring gloves, dress warm, bring a gator to wear and just have so much fun!!

Great Intro to a lovely city
We thoroughly enjoyed our TukTuk tour with Alfonso. He was early to the pre-agreed meeting point and was really helpful with loading my wife's foldaway mobility scooter. He was very knowledgeable without going on constantly, and we saw some great things. Thoroughly recommended.

Sao Miguel, the largest island in Portugal's Azores archipelago, boasts stunning volcanic landscapes and lush scenery. Sao Miguel tours take you into the heart of the island to fully appreciate this natural setting—from exploring the crater lakes of Sete Cidades and the thermal baths of Furnas to canyoneering through waterfalls. The island’s marine life takes center stage on trips that focus on whale-watching, snorkeling, and swimming with wild dolphins, while cultural experiences help you discover local dishes.
