This experience was fantastic. We covered a lot of ground, saw all that was promised for the tour, were blessed with great weather and had a good group. Our guide Filipe was knowledgeable, very friendly and took great care with our safety to ensure we had a good time . Highly recommended.

Jaon (john) and Andrea made a wonderful tour of the island the 2 days we were at sao miguel. Would definitely recommend this tour especially if your limited to your stay at the island, great way to see everything on the island and still get time to explore.

Great adventure. You’ll need to walk to the town taxi stand to get a ride to the meeting location. The cost was 15 euros (one-way). Bruno, the tour operator, helped us call a cab for the trip back to the cruise port. Be sure to wear layers and the temps really change along the way. Enjoy!

We got to see most of the highlights on the eastern side of the island. Clara did a great job getting us from place to place in a timely and efficient manner. She educated us on each spot we stop at. I also had good communication from their back office. I would recommend this tour.

This was the most amazing experience we had while in Sao Miguel, which is saying a lot since this is one of the best places we have traveled to. The guides, Tomas and Warren, were AMAZING- they were so kind, patient, encouraging and knowledgeable. We did this tour with our 13 and 9 year old children, and we all had a blast on this incredible adventure while seeing some of the most beautiful views. They took pictures for us and helped our kids throughout the experience so my husband and I could focus on the experience. I can not give enough praise to the guides and the experience itself, this is an absolute must do, and when we return to the island we will book this again! I would recommend wearing a bathing suit and/or sweat wicking material to wear under the wet suit (no cotton). They provide all the gear, head to toe. You may also want to bring towels and a change of clothes for after. There are facilities at the meeting point for changing and a lovely little cafe.

Angela and Eduardo were great guides! They prioritized safety and ensured everyone in the group was having fun. There was a total of 6 of us in the group + the 2 guides. After the hike to the starting point, we did a zip line off the first waterfall. We walked a little down the river and did a slide. The next stop was an option to jump and everyone got the option to jump twice. Last was a rappel down the side of the waterfall. So much fun! I love that the zip line, slide, and jumps helped warm up the group before the rappel. I’ve done waterfall rappelling before and it can be nerve wracking starting off with rappelling down a waterfall but the zip line was a great start!

Edmundo and his team should win an award for how nice they are. What tour do you get a boat captain AND a marine biologist to help you understand what you are truly seeing! His entire team and setup are the best. Seeing the inlet up close was so beautiful and teaming with sealife.

Pedro was a great guy with lots of local knowledge and history. The stop points were beautiful and he offered to take photos to capture our trip together. The ATV -quad was comfortable and easy to use. Pedro had a good sense of humor to top it all off. He answered any and all questions. Thank you Pedro
