Great way to learn more about the island and its history. Past history, current history and culture, saw and learned a lot. Ruben is an AWESOME guide, very friendly, funny, informative and FUN!!

The tour guide was nice enough however he drove past many of the “stops” and mentioned a few things about them . The time or 2 we got out of the car to see a particular place that was on the itinerary it was only for about 5 minutes. The tour was scheduled for 6 hours and we barely got 4.
Zero shopping time or photo ops.
Very expensive ride on the interstate. Disappointed and feel cheated

The tour shuttle never showed up. Called the tour company directly and they informed me that no record of my booking on their system. I called Viator and they wanted me to call the tour company, luckily I already had and Viator said they would look into the matter. Viator tried looking for a similar tour for the following day at a higher price so I declined. Ended up booking directly with the tour company at a lower rate.

The tour was an excellent experience. It is more affordable than planning everything on your own. Erik, our tour guide, was exceptional. He shared a wealth of information about Puerto Rico. He also gave great advice and prioritized our safety while ensuring we had a great experience.

Your guide was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. He texted me a day later saying me & my girlfriend were disrespectful because we didn’t tip him . Mind you the tour is 6 hrs we only did 3 because he was so boring. Plz never book with these people there are far more better tours out there that appreciate their customers. The tour guide was Eric & he is terrible plz save your money

We had a wonderful tour with Devin! This was our first visit to old San Juan, our group was the only one in the tour so we were able to get more up close and personal tour. Devin stopped in areas beat known by the locals where we enjoyed yummy alcapurrias and bacalaitos. He then brought us into to San Juan going into the streets showing us certain important landmarks and their history, stop and take pictures. He explained the layout and what significance each street had then he allowed us 2 hours to explore by ourselves, grab a bite, do some shopping before meeting us again to drop us off at our meeting place. The pick up option is very convenient as they picked us up in a location close to our airbnb outside of the city. I recommend this tour for anyone that wants to get to know the city’s history, its landmarks, but also wants to have some time on their own to explore what interests you.

Our tour guide was very nice and flexible. He needs to do a bit more homework on history and local info. The tour exposed me to a few new beaches, but it is more a hop off, do it yourself when it comes to Old San Juan or Condado. A lot of just drive bys.

Our guide was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it rained most of our tour. Our bus had a water leak which was a bit concerning. We did learn a lot about the island and enjoyed our tour.
