This tour is on "Costa...

This tour is on "Costa Rican" time, meaning it says that it is 4 hrs, but ours was easily 6. It is definitely worth it though. We had a lot of ATV time and a very good lunch. The waterfall was very small, and more comparable to a running river but nonetheless, it was still enjoyable. They took a lot of pictures and really cared for our safety. Highly recommended tour!

My family and I had so much fun on this tour! Javier and Julian were amazing guides…very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. They were very accommodating. We loved the stop at beautiful Playa Linda with the fresh coconut and delicious pineapple. Our hike in to the Falls was gorgeous. We were so grateful to have a guide to help those of us brave enough to climb and jump off of the waterfall! It was a very fun day ending with a delicious lunch. Highly recommend!

Worth. Every. Penny...go at 7am

Absolutely recommend. It was worth every penny. Even as a biologist, I would have missed 90% of what we saw. You truly need a guide with a scope I see everything. We saw bats, insects, sloths, lizards (multiple kinds), iguanas, crabs, agouti, two types of tree frogs and a howler monkey. Without our guide, we only would have seen the iguanas and crabs. Mop was the name of our guide and he was REALLY good. A+ highly recommend. Also as a side note we went in at 7am in May and the weather was perfect. By the time we left at 11:30 it was hot and the park got busy. From 7-8:30 it felt like we had the entire park to ourselves.

Our guide was Jean Pierre and he was extremely knowledgeable. It made the tour so much more enjoyable. It does get extremely busy on this track but it is also the most visited national park in CR. Great communication from the company. A memorable experience.

Great experience and included the park entrance ticket

There are several tour and guide options and I picked this one since it seemed like the best price while being reliable. We took the local bus got there 10 minutes early and found our guide right away. Jean Pierre our guide was very knowledgeable about the animals and friendly. He conveniently kept the tickets on his phone and went with us through the park entrance. I didn't have service on my phone so it was really helpful. We saw lots of animals that we wouldn't have spotted without him and had a great time at the beach after the tour.

Incredible guided tour

Amazing experience! Leo was a literal sorcerer, he found animals we never would have spotted in a million years. Definitely worth hiring a guide. Would recommend planning to stay at the beach for a bit after the tour. We went at 11am and that was perfect, we had a late breakfast beforehand and then stayed until 3pm. You can plan to just wear sandals with straps since the whole walk is in on a boardwalk. Bring water.

I chose this boat because it wasn’t too big like a party boat and not too small. The crew was very nice and always asking if we needed anything. The weather was a bit cold and rainy but we still had fun snorkeling and watching others go down the very slippery slide. Enjoyed the beautiful views of MA! Also the dinner was super yummy and fresh!

I would highly recommend El Santuario Canopy tours! My family and I (kids 11 and 15) had an amazing time! The guides were amazing, fun and nice, and safety was clearly a priority! I had an incredible experience birding with a local guide! He was knowledgeable, patient, and literally gave me and my friend a glimpse through his eyes with his binoculars! He had a bird encyclopedia on hand that allowed him to show us the many different stunning bird species we encountered along the way. A fine evening on the water

Our guide Javier is a wildlife whisperer. We saw birds (potoo, pauraque, wood-rail, tiger heron, green heron, pygmy kingfisher, green kingfisher), basilisk, bats, cayman and crocodile, iguanas. Although it rained, we remained dry within the boat. We skipped the dinner (and notified them beforehand) because it is served too late for both us and our grandchildren. The tour kindly provided free transportation back to our hotel right after the cruise!
