Thanks to Mr Melvin's insider knowledge and the early start, we had the island just to our small group, very peaceful and beautiful experience. The buffet lunch on the beach was on white table cloth, very nice, unexpected touch. We left right when the large herds of tourists flooded the shore. The powerboat ride was quite bumpy, so if you are seasick, make some preparations in advance.

fun for all. Family ages 8-75. Snorkel leader took off so quickly, the first time snorkelers had struggles getting into gear, water and catch up to reef. No instruction was offered. Very nice crew, chips and salsa/guac and beverages. Nice music selections. A usual stop was turbid so we were taken to another spot which was shallow and clear. Very nice excursion. A bit over priced, we all thought.

Beyond the Resort: Authentic Dominican Experience

Horseback riding in Punta Cana was an absolute blast — truly an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment we met the staff (I started calling them cowboys!) to the horses, each with their own name and personality, you could tell how much they love what they do. Even at the end, the local vendors were extremely friendly. It felt like a blessing to give back to the Dominican community — their beautifully painted artwork rolls up so you can take it home, and they offer authentic local items you won’t find at a resort. My friend and I will remember the jokes, the laughs, and the memories for a lifetime. When asked to describe the experience, I don’t even know where to begin — the entire experience was pure joy. Five stars all the way!

Highlight of our trip!

This was the highlight of our anniversary trip. The vibes on the boat were so fun and had delicious drinks. A couple snacks were offered before our lunch. The lunch was literally the best meal we had in the D.R. Snorkeling for the first time was amazing! I loved it so much I chose to snorkel more rather than enjoy the floating bar. I got to see angel fish and puffer fish. Highly recommend this tour!

Incredible experience with great photos too

We had a wonderful time! Driving around in our own buggy, jumping into a beautiful cenote, spending time on a pristine beach, and getting to learn about and taste the local coffee, chocolate, etc. In addition, they had a photographer taking pictures the whole time and we got a ton of amazing photos of our incredible excursion. What a great experience!

A great time!

This was an excellent experience! We’ve done buggies before and enjoyed it, but this was a great time! Felix was our guide and he was funny, kind, and ensured everyone was safe and had fun. The equipment was clean (well, on departure… lol) and reliable, no one in our group had any problems. If you book, ensure you wear clothes/shoes that can be potentially ruined due to dirt/mud. Gators or bandanas are helpful, they sell them if you don’t bring or forget your own. They offer multiple options for vehicles, 4/2/1 seaters, being buggies, or ATVs. Great experience! Book without any hesitation!

Nice experience

I had an absolutely amazing experience on this ocean excursion in the Dominican Republic, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we stepped onto the yacht, everything was well organized, comfortable, and enjoyable. The boat itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing while cruising on the beautiful blue ocean. The atmosphere on board was lively and fun, and we spent a great time enjoying the sea breeze, music, and the stunning views around us. What made the experience even more special was the guide. The guide was very friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, making sure everyone felt comfortable and entertained throughout the journey. We were taken to a small island, which was absolutely beautiful. The island had clear water, soft sand, and a relaxing vibe that made it easy to forget about time. We had so much fun exploring the island, taking photos, swimming, and simply enjoying the scenery. Both on the yacht and on the island, we felt happy, relaxed, and well taken care of. Very nice group of people

I booked this excursion for Labor Day 2025, and was pleased overall with the outcome. Luis Miguel was our tour guide and he was very sweet and kind with our group. He also helped us with the “hecklers” in the area whenever we would stop for an activity. I was unable to drive the atv(my glasses couldn’t fit under the goggles) but was able to ride with the mechanic which was neat. I would recommend this excursion to anyone.
