Private is the way to go!! Our crew was amazing!!! Anna the bartender, Chocolate the photographer, our boat steward, our captain, and our snorkel guide was beyond impressive with every detail!! I’m sorry that I don’t remember 3 crew members names bc they ALL were amazing and deserve a shout out. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG BOOKING THIS TOUR!!!

Good experience for family

Traveled with a small group of family and friends. Kids aged 10-14 all really enjoyed the experience. Staff was very friendly. There was a photographer on board, who we ended up purchasing pictures from. Kids and adults participated in the snorkeling, slide on the boat, free swim, and just lounging/playing catch in the water.

I've done catamarans in Punta Cana and elsewhere and this one wasn't my favorite. While the staff was friendly and tried there best to make sure we had a good time with drinks and music, they also have a lot of room for improvement. Once we arrived, we sat on the beach waiting for our boat for 30 minutes. We also came back to the shore at one point during the excursion so a team member could get something and the three hour sailing lasted two and a half hours. While I can live with these things, I'm on vacation and booked a private catamaran to relax with family. One team member continued to get us to pose for pictures throughout the trip. I get it, you're going to try to sell us photos at the end. But to come to me and want $400 for pictures is pretty crazy. After saying no, coming back and saying how about $200, and me saying no again. Then going to other family members to trying to sell them. Then, one final push for $60 and me saying no followed by stomping off the boat like a child because I wasn't going to cave. Moral of the story, understand the value of your product and don't try to take advantage of your guests with a $400 price tag for photos (plus, waste our time when we're trying to have fun). We all have phones and can take quality photos as well so know what you're selling.

The crew as fantastic! They really made it wonderful. We had 4 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 5 to 17. Despite age differences, the crew kept everyone entertained and happy. Plenty of music and fun. All our kids said the snorkeling was the best part of the trip. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone, but especially to families.
