Wonderful time and great company!

I would definitely recommend this company! Our driver, Francisco, was wonderful. Very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. I like how they took us to the Falls first so that it was less crowded. Also helped avoid the heat since the hike was pretty tough up the Falls, at least for me it was since I’m out of shape lol. I wasn’t really that interested in seeing the monkeys at first, but I’m so glad I did. Interactions were great and the tour guides at the Monkey Home seemed to genuinely love the monkeys that they cared for. Our driver, Francisco, even gave us the option of going to a Dominican restaurant after. When we got back on the cruise ship, my son realized he couldn’t find his phone (and sunglasses). I communicated with Yeury to see if my son had left them in the van, and sure enough Francisco (our driver) found them. Yeury was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ship them back to us in California. They seriously went above and beyond! Very trustworthy company and great experience on the excursions!

Glimpse into the life in Puerta Plata

Such a great way to get a glimpse into the beautiful Puerto Plata. Edgar and Francisco were fantastic. They treated us with respect, patience and kindness. I loved seeing the hot spots! Loved the Umbrella Street and pink street. It was perfect length to get back to the resort to hit the beach. We loved our extra special treatment and a personal photographer! So fun! Also….. Edgar arranged for a transport to another City. Great communication! Thanks So Much! ☀️🌴

Crazy adventure. Lots of fun

Very fun and adventurous with excellent guides. Be prepared the go under water right with the first slide. Also, the life jacket was key because you often can’t touch the bottom. I pushed my scardey-cat limits and jumped off the 18 ft waterfall. Everyone loved that part. I’m glad I did it, but next time I’ll do the side right next to it. There is also a ladder option in case you are really scared. The rain forest all around which we hiked through was gorgeous though muddy. If you love adventure, I highly recommend this great excursion.

We had so much fun and our team was amazing. They definitely are well organized and know how to navigate the experience from pick-up to drop off. 10/10 worth getting muddy!!

This was awesome!! Please understand, you will get gross!! I mean head to toe covered in mud and water, and it is so worth it!! The stop in the little town is very cool. The beach stop is good to rinse off. We are both in our 40’s and have a 17 and 13 year old, and said it was as awesome of an excursion that we’ve done!!

Wonderful Way to Explore Lisbon

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Francisco Nunes was waiting for us in his tuk tuk when we walked out of the hotel - and we were 15 minutes early. He was a very knowledgeable and personable guide, and an excellent driver. Francisco also gave advice on what to see, do and eat while in the city. The tuk tuk tour is a unique way to explore Lisbon. We highly recommend it and Francisco!

Loved it!

We LOVED our experience on this excursion! The staff was very helpful and attentive. Definitely worth the money and they even had someone to take photos for us so we didn’t need to worry about that part. Chocolate did such a great job with the photography. Absolutely recommend trying it out!

Great, relaxing views!

Such a beautiful activity! It was great to do right at the start of our trip to Lisbon. They pointed out all of the historic sites and statues, as well as some museums and shops, which gave us some new ideas of things to check out. It wasn’t very chilly at all (mid March) but they had blankets if anyone wanted some. There was a nice light wine with several refills and some chips as well. The guides (skippers?) were super friendly and funny as well!! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing early evening activity.

Great way to see the city and learn some history.

Our tour was right around two hours and that was perfect. We had Carlota and she was wonderful, knowledgeable and had a passion for the city. She was also patient as we arrived late due to a prior activity and traffic. We did this a couple days into our stay, but I highly recommend doing it early in your trip to get the lay of the land. The tuk tuks are a great way to get up and down the streets, and cover most of the key points of the city. Carlota also gave us a handful of suggestions on restaurants and so far we’ve had great experiences on those as well.

Go for the tuk-tuk experience!

This tour with Nadia, our guide, was awesome! We had limited time pre-cruise and got to see a LOT of the city AND we stopped for some local snacks, coffee, tours of some basilicas and churches. Nadia was attentive to what we were searching for and pointed out great places post-tour for us to shop on a short walk back to our hotel. We also had some excellent photo opp stops along the way. We really enjoyed the Portuguese history Nadia provided along the way - as a native, her insight and knowledge of the best ways to navigate a crowded city really maximized our time. Not a second wasted and well worth a 3-hour tour! Request her if you can!

Wonderful tour. Worth it to include the old town for a full four hour tour. Ze’ was an amazing guide, full of local historical facts and cultural stories. His warmth and genuine interest made the tour even better. His English was excellent and easy to understand. My mom is elderly and this was a perfect way to get an overview of the city with several stops, without being limited by the cobblestones and hills. Highly recommend!
