Nice Adventure

Great time with my daughter. You will definetely get dirty. The buggys are fun. Bring a bandana and closed shoes. Bring a change of clothes. The beach was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Would recommend but you should know some things

We had the best time ever. The crew was amazing. They were attentive, respectful, and wanted you to have a great time. I would highly recommend this excursion. Some things to note, bring goggles. It will be hard to see with regular sunglasses. You’re going to get wet- soaked! Be prepared to have fun with that. Our tour was to start at 8 AM, we stood there for 45 minutes waiting for other people to show up… when they arrive, they told us they were to show up at 9 AM. It did go longer than it was supposed to as well. None of this is a problem just be prepared. You will have a wonderful time and you will make it back to your cruise ship on time. I would’ve appreciated knowing that I needed to be there at nine rather than 8 AM in the morning but all is well. We were also very hungry by the time we got back so if you have the opportunity to bring a snack, I would recommend it.

Note from the Royal port you need to exit the port area and cross the street to the mass of outside vendors. Watch signs. Our driver was not present but super buggy shirts called. Note: before going take a face covering/mask works great - and your personal goggles. These were both considered extra charges and imho should be included in the tour cost. There were tip bins as you went along the tour - sustainability was interesting - allowed to pay at end or cash at - drive was fun - photos were an additional cost as well - be prepared for requests for tips at end, photos charges and the cash payment at beginning for goggle and mask. So for the Viator tour plan on an additional cash grab of over $100. Preparation!!

Quick Vacation Adventure with Super Buggy

This mud buggy ride is great adventure for about 3 hours the trail follows some small ponds along the way through 2 to 3 stops. My tour guide Chiho was great took me through a village art and craft center then lunch at the beach before we headed back to the starting point. A few things though, get ready to be muddy and wet, get ready to get exhausted from the bumpy ride and also get ready to have some fun. I recommend Chino for the tour guide also make sure to get prepared to eat good.

Absolutely loved our experience. Alfred made it feel like a private excursion, no rushing and completely adjustable to what we wanted. So much fun, educational, great shopping, eating and beautiful beach. Will definitely come again but next time with our teens.

A must do in Puerta Plata! Javier, Bryan, and Babyface made sure we had a good time. Its the most fun one can have speeding through the streets and muddy paths.
