Your booking includes a hotel pick-up and drop-off. You will receive a message from us informing you about the exact pick-up time and place. To be able to give you this information, it is essential that you have given us the name of the hotel where you are staying at. If you have not received the pick-up information at least 72 hours before the activity start time, please contact us after the confirmation of your booking.

Itinerary
Be ready with your swimsuit and towel for morning pickup at your Bavaro or Punta Cana hotel. Sit back in your transfer vehicle and watch the Dominican countryside glide by while you head for the port.
Step aboard a luxury catamaran and sail out into the Caribbean Sea. Find a comfortable seat on the spacious boat and perhaps belly up to the bar for a cocktail or beer as you travel.
Once you reach Saona Island, wade ashore and begin exploring. Comb the sand for shells, go swimming, or head for the jungle-filled interior for a hike. Midday, your crew will prepare a Dominican-style buffet lunch complete with both traditional and international cuisine choices.
Sail back to Punta Cana in the late afternoon, toasting the end of another beautiful day and a Dominican sunset with drinks from the bar.
Back in Punta Cana, enjoy convenient drop-off back at your hotel at the conclusion of your full-day excursion.

Time under was not long enough. I feel like it was to expensive for about 7 minutes under water and I didn’t even get to go all the way down and see the corals. Never again

We had an amazing time on our day long excursion. The weather was hot, the water was warm, and the staff on the boats were super fun. I'd highly recommend seeing this beautiful part of DR!

It was fun. Beautiful swimming stop was the best part. Food on island was great. Pretty crowded with other tours but nice to visit.
Our crew was very scheduled and prompt with schedule.

We had this tour booked and were given a pickup time. We woke up early, arrived at pickup point on time and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Then started talking to a different tour rep who told us all trips to Saona Island were canceled due to weather. So I double checked all my messages, hadnt received any communication about our tour being canceled. I had to call to confirm that yes the tour was canceled due to weather. Rescheduled for the next day. Next day the EXACT SAME THING happened, and again did not receive any communication from the tour company, had to call them myself. I understand weather is outside of their control. But the fact they did not communicate the cancelation to us TWICE is really unacceptable.
There are lots of excursions to Saona Island, do yourself a favor and use a different tour company.

The trip to and from Saoni Island was great. Our tour guide, Obama, explained in French, Spanish and English, in detail, what we were going to see and do. Saoni Island is a must if you are in the Dominican Republic. Go enjoy the boat rides, island and great food.

Warning- do not use VIATOR !!
Worst company we have ever used.
We were 2 couples that payed for a full day experience but were never picked up from our hotel.
Now we struggle to even get in contact with VIATOR trying to get a refund!
They do not answer any of our mails.

Denny was our tour guide - Late picking us up at the hotel, crammed bus ride, unorganized - had us all get onto a speedboat, then we all had to switch over onto a catamaran, the catamaran was over capacity - the one employee asked me to move out of my seat so he could do photo sessions of passengers with company camera and then charge $150 for pics, another employee walked around shaking a tip jar, no direction once we got to Saona island - was told that there wasn’t anywhere to snorkel, even though we thought that was the point of the trip? So we basically ate lunch and waded in the water, trying to find a snorkeling area on our own. Saona Island was gorgeous though! Just felt like we were missing out on what there was to actually see. We also stopped at a natural pool to see starfish and literally saw 2. Again, no direction or information. Their idea of a floating bar was a half inflated inner tube with 3 bottles of Coke and some rum. All employees on boat didn’t seem to care about the paying customers, but made sure to keep mentioning about tips.
Then on the bus ride home, we stopped for a half hour at some shop that apparently was overpriced but Denny said this place had the best prices. We didn’t even bother to get off of the bus but we heard people complaining about the prices. They also passed out bottles of mama juana to everyone with each family’s picture on it as the label. I thought it was a souvenir that was included in the tour, until they came around asking for $20 for it and we declined.
As far as the bus ride home, they were stopping at multiple hotels to drop different people off (understandable) yet it was pitch black so you could barely see and they didn’t even announce which hotel they were stopping at, which was confusing and concerning. We also had a bunch of people drinking and vaping on our bus and nothing was said to them.
I’d never recommend this tour company to anyone. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because Saona was so beautiful.

The evening shows , all the activities during the day and the personal service was really nice we enjoyed all the pool classes , dancing Marchata and the trainer Luis is a wanderful teacher he has lots energy and personality , he make our day enjoined everything!! The island was so clean and beautiful! Our guide Otto was the best and hilarious on top of that !
The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the fact that there was no lobster dinner as described when buying this tour .

Avec barbecue sur place avec file de 30 min
Le lieu est magnifique mais bcp trop de touristes et bateau à moteur par vingtaine qui viennent accoster juste à côté de vous dans l’eau!!!!
Retour arrêt piscine naturel 20 min
Puis 25 min de bateau rapide jusqu’au port de Bayahibe
Le retour en car horrible arrêt organisé dans boutique souvenirs pendant 55min à 19 heures!!!!
Avec des enfants fatigués ,des essuies mouillés……
Vraiment très très déçue
