We had an amazing time...

We had an amazing time and lots of history and knowledge was shared to us by our guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable. This location gets very busy and crowded and there is a lot of walking involved. A morning visit is best before all the crowds get there. This is a must do and shouldn't be missed.

Awesome Intro Tour of France

The walking tour was a wonderful introduction to the city! Our guide was from New York actually and she was so fun, knowledgeable and knew exactly what information tourists need to navigate Paris well. She also made sure we had snack and bathroom stops (very important in a public toilet sparse city)!! We took funny pictures holding the Eiffel Tower and most importantly, rode the metro, allowing us to familiarize ourselves with the process and become proficient at getting around on our own. Highly recommend this tour!

Lovely Day in Giverny

At the Paris end, driving to and from Giverny is not a pleasure - having a professional tour guide means they take care of it. The tour itself was great - information and a generous amount of time at Giverny. Mid-April the “regular” gardens were glorious. Only a few tiny water lilies beginning to show but the water gardens were pretty too. Our guide Michel was funny, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, I left the bag from the gift shop in the van at the end of the day and he called to arrange getting it back to me, much appreciated.

Come hungry!

Go to the food tour hungry! We started with a good sized croissant or pan Au chocolat from a Boulangerie, then proceeded to get cheese which , have lunch with half a Gouda w ham sandwich which was so filling and duck confit. We also ate the cheese and had white and red wine . After that, we had falafel, macaron, chocolates and another dessert. Ingrid was an excellent tour guide and quizzed us on French words and food! It was a lot of fun!

Excellent tour and highly recommended. Very friendly owners and staff. Super accommodating, not stressful, excellent guide who balanced well the ride and history. English was well spoken by all staff. We were with our 13 year old boy and 8 year old girl, they got appropriate bikes and were very comfortable. A great way to begin your stay in Paris. Enjoy!

Outstanding Visit to Versailles

Our visit to Versailles was wonderful from beginning to end. The Paris Trip tours office was busy but efficient. Our guide Henri was absolutely outstanding; probably the best we’ve had on many tours in various cities. He had extensive knowledge of history and shared a lot of information; and quizzed us along the way. More importantly he made all of his (unrelated) small group feel welcome and comfortable.

Friendly, Informative and Fun

Our guide was Antoine. He was there at the meeting point sitting on a light blue bike. Once all of our group arrived, he took us a short distance to collect our bikes. Each person was given a blue bike and were given the opportunity to adjust the seats and try the brakes to ensure that we were comfortable before we left for our tour. Antoine explained that the group might get separated due to traffic 🚦 but not to worry as no one would be left behind as he would wait. As we arrived at each landmark, Antoine had a photo book which helped explain some of the history about the landmark. He then gave us some time to wander around and take photos etc. It was all done with a relaxed pace and we never felt hurried. The weather was very warm but cycling around, there was a welcome gentle breeze 😊 We stopped for lunch and Antoine made a number of reasonably priced recommendations. There was no hard sell or pressure to take his recommendations. We did however follow his suggestions of a local gelato seller and it was very nice 😊 Throughout the tour, Antoine helped take photos and spoke with every person on the tour. He was polite and professional. He even spoke with my teenage sons about football ⚽️! This helped the group tour to feel relaxed and friendly. The tour was 4 hours including all the stops but it did not feel tiring physically. It was very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend as it was an opportunity to see landmarks and then possible decide to go back to explore more during our visit. Merci beaucoup Antoine 🙏
