What are people saying about Panama City

A trip favourite
This was one of our favourite trips, despite the early morning start. Emilio and Carlos were so hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure that our group saw as many animals as possible (we’re still amazed at how Carlos could spot the elusive sloths from afar!). Emilio was an attentive host, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely do this trip again.

The best experience ever but stay hydrated!
I had an amazing experience on the Embera Indigenous village tour! From beginning to end, the tour was enjoyable, informative, and very well organized. Our tour guide, Robert, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the entire experience. Robert did a great job explaining the culture and traditions of the Embera community, and his positive attitude made the day even more enjoyable. He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. One of the highlights of the day was the delicious lunch, which included freshly prepared chicken and fish along with a variety of tropical fruits. Everything was flavorful and authentic, and it was a great way to experience the local cuisine. We also enjoyed watching the traditional tribal dancing, which was vibrant, energetic, and a beautiful expression of Embera culture. The visit to the village, the cultural activities, and the wonderful food all came together to make this a day I will never forget. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you are lucky enough to have Robert as your guide. He truly helped make the experience special!

Great time!
What a great time! My husband and I try to do a catamaran tour whereever we go and we really enjoyed this. The boat itself was IMMACULATE and so clean, even in the bathrooms. The staff was so friendly, and always ready to give you a hand (literally) to help you move around on the boat if needed. On our way back, it rained and the crew offered trash bags for our things to keep them from getting wet- no catamaran tour we have been on before ever offered this. The boat does have covers in front and on sides so if it rains, you do have protection and do not have to be out in the rain. Many of the folks on the tour just chose to stay out in the rain anyway and some of the crew stayed out in the rain also to watch out for everyone. Bartenders were great, plenty of music and dancing. Just a tip about Taboga Island itself-take cash, vs assuming you can use a credit card. We are from US and they took US dollars, but the island itself is pretty primitive. We ate at a great two story hut on the beach. Ceviche was so good. Overall highly reccommend this tour!

Exceptional!
We decided to book this tour on Day Two so we could get a strong understanding of Panama right away—and it ended up being the best decision. We explored downtown and learned the history behind the buildings, neighborhoods, and the people who make Panama so unique. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was exceptional. He truly made my family feel like VIPs, and by the end of the tour, we left feeling like part of the family. The Panama Canal was an absolute must-see, and we were also lucky enough to catch a festival hosted by Panama’s indigenous communities. Overall, this is a must-do tour!
