Exceptional!

We decided to book this tour on Day Two so we could get a strong understanding of Panama right away—and it ended up being the best decision. We explored downtown and learned the history behind the buildings, neighborhoods, and the people who make Panama so unique. Our guide, Juan Carlos, was exceptional. He truly made my family feel like VIPs, and by the end of the tour, we left feeling like part of the family. The Panama Canal was an absolute must-see, and we were also lucky enough to catch a festival hosted by Panama’s indigenous communities. Overall, this is a must-do tour!

Amazing Monkey Island Birthday Adventure!

We had SO much fun on our Monkey Island tour!. Our tour guide, Maribel, was wonderful—so knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting information about the wildlife, the Panama Canal, and the history of Panama.. We got to feed the monkeys and even see bats and iguanas! Riding through the Panama Canal and across Gatun Lake was a great experience and Maribel had everyone sing Happy Birthday to me which made the experience even better! Definitely a highlight of our Panama adventure! Highly recommend!

Pure perfection!

Our tour guide Robert promised us an experience, not just an activity and it exceeded our wildest imagination. The ride was comfortable, the visit to the Embera community is something I will never forget. The people are warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was just beautiful. We were provided a delicious meal and fruit platter. My husband and I are celebrating 5 our year anniversary and Robert gave us a bottle of wine and had the villagers entertain us with a celebratory dance. We ended the tour at the waterfalls which was also great. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to get there though. All in all, the day was pure perfection!

His deep dive stories about Casco Viejo past enabled listeners to appreciate the various architectural buildings (churches, town houses and government Bldgs.) located in this area. Alex is an outstanding story teller and invited group participation as we traveled on the old-town tour. Overall, the tour was extremely interesting.

Last Minute Saturday Excursion with Coworkers

With a weekend in between the work weeks on our international trip a group of 7 (3 women & 4 men) we were eager to get in the water. This tour delivered. Clear communication in both Spanish & English. Chill vibes fostered by the phenomenal crew. We were at ease all day. We followed a schedule but they planned it well to where you were ready for the next step each time. Weather conditions were great and when the storm approached Taboga just as we had already planned to head back. Captain Rico navigated around the perimeter for a smooth sail back to port. The food was the only thing not 10/10 but that’s not what we came for. As always, be wary of other groups aboard as some relations seemed potentially connected to the crew (seemed like 2 girls may have been invited to bring the energy up) but that’s just an assumption. I got stung by a jelly in the finals moments in the water & Miguel was prepared with ointment. The crew had a high regard for safety throughout the trip.

Don’t Skip this Tour if You’re in Panama!

Alcibiades, his team and the beautiful people of Embera Island made this a magical experience. PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR WELLMADE WATER SHOES. It hurt my heart to see people especially children hiking in flip flops. It was a labor intensive walk BUT the reward was immeasurable. I would describe it as magical. The tour was informative and made me appreciate the lush land and beauty of the people beyond the aesthetic. Our guide was with us every step of the way and captured memories for my family that will last a lifetime. I’m looking forward to going every time I come to Panama.

Chill out with a day on the water :)

A fun-loving crew and an easy day out across the water to a small island. You have a ~45 minute sail to a small island which was very pleasent. Grab a drink (or three!) and lay on the netting to feel the water splashing as you glide across the bay. A 30 minute swimming opportunity at the island, then a short trip around the corner where youu get off and wander around the village for a couple of hours. There's not much to do there, so chill out with a beverage or sit on the beach. Then back on the boat for lunch and a cruise back to the harbour. Very relaxing. Well worth it :)

Excellent Tour

This tour was very informative. We learned so much about the history of Panama. Carlos Suedoa was our tour guide, and he took us to the best gift shops for souvenirs. As part of our tour, we visited the Panama Canal and watched a ship pass in the lock. There was a lot of walking so be prepared, wear comfortable shoes, sunglasses and a hat! Carlos was very knowledgeable and he took time to give us information about the history of Panama and how it relates to the current state and future of Panama! The tour was excellent and I would recommend this for first time visitors as well as anyone who wants to learn about the country and history of Panama.

It was a truly magical experience! At first, I was worried because I thought the rain was going to ruin the trip, but fortunately the weather got much better just in time. A fabulous way to spend a day

This trip was amazing. Yes, we were on the boat for 12 hours with about 200 of our newest best friends. But everything worked well for the entire day. Check-in was organized and orderly. We read before the trip that one review compared the meals to airplane food, but if that's true we'd like to know what airline the reviewer was talking about; while the meals aren't 5-star, they were certainly fresh and enjoyable. The entire crew was helpful and friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. Special kudos goes to the guide who spent hours telling us about the canal and answering questions throughout the entire trip. The guide and the rest of the crew also managed to keep everything in order without being heavy-handed; passengers were told the do's and don't's of travel on the boat and it worked as everyone seemed to comply. even the return trip on buses was well organized and timely. And finally, about the canal, if you've ever thought about going, you should.
