What are people saying about Northern Ireland

Ask for Anne!
Ann was a wonderful guide. We were given a neutral view of the troubles as well as her own personal stories about what she remembers from growing up during them. She told stories of people that lost their lives and the ones who survived. She really helped you understand how it felt to live through the violence and uncertainty while carrying on with as normal a life as possible. If you enjoy history and hearing it from people who lived it call DC tours and ask to take a walk with Anne! (You'll also get some of her mum's recipes!!)

Great Day Tour from Cruise Ship
We had a nice cruise ship group of about 50 passengers. Bus pickup was on time. Great tour guide. The entire group was always on time back to the bus. That’s amazing. Fantastic day. Great sites. We walked the Giant Causeway upper Red path. Fabulous views. The Titanic Experience did not disappoint us. Back to the ship in plenty of time as anticipated.

Barry was extremely...
Barry was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of educating us and providing us with important context for the murals, memorials and museum he showed us. We were very pleased with our tour and would highly recommend Barry to anyone wanting to do such a tour!

Great day trip
Great trip. Went with my ten year old daughter and we both enjoyed it. Hugh our driver was friendly, helpful, good natured and informative. Quite a lot of time in the coach vs time at some of the stops which might be a consideration for some but plenty of time at the main “feature” of the Giants Causeway. Worth noting there is an alternative option for lighter food at the dark hedges to the hotel buffet although this wasn’t flagged by the guide.

Paul is the most amazing tour guide
Paul is the most amazing tour guide we have ever met. What enchanting storytelling he does! He is so knowledgeable about history, geography, culture, and current affairs. The way he connected the past to the present took us back to times we never got to live through or witness, yet we deeply felt every moment as he described them.
Even my boys (12 and 14), who are usually not good listeners, were completely intrigued and listened attentively throughout.
We have now returned from Northern Ireland, but the beautiful feelings and love for this place that he filled us with will definitely stay with us forever. Thank you, Paul. Stay happy and healthy.

Well Worth the money & amazing views on the way to the giants causeway
Tour was well worth the money and each location picked was discussed and talked about in detail by the very knowledgeable coach driver. Would recommend 100% and each castle and stop was well worth a mooch. Plenty of rest stops along the way also as well as a lunch stop at a hotel/restaurant that did a buffet.
Weather was good for all stops and if you want to see the giants causeway no better way to see it. Red and blue routes depending on distance and ability but the stairs down are steep so be aware.
Will be using them again in future NI tours.

Don’t miss this excellent tour of beautiful Northern Ireland Coast
Excellent trip, one of the best excursions I’ve ever taken. Troy went out of his way to show us everything possible in time allotted. He was very knowledgeable and fun. We had a beautiful tour of the coastline on the way back, far better than what’s offered as part of ship’s tour. Highly recommend.

A Great Day Out with Spectacular Scenery
The more spacious coach and smaller group were great! Our guide Paul was quite funny. Be prepared for walking with comfortable shoes and wind and rain-proof gear. The stops were just the right length, and even the views put the windows travelling along were spectacular. Make sure to bring lunch or snacks for the bus as there’s not much time to grab something to eat!

Giant causeways!
Unbelievable natural beauty! A must see if you’re traveling to the east coast of Ireland!
Our guide, Karl, was extremely knowledgeable and engaging through the entire tour, and with his bright personality, he guided us through the beauty of the Irish country side, giving us tons of history and information based on the land and area. The giant causeways will speak for themselves, as if you can manage to get some clear weather, the views and testament to their beauty is absolutely stunning.

Solo travel
The first time I went around was to gain my bearings and Craig was very informative and helpful when I asked him for directions. Getting on again later in the day and having Colin offered a totally different kind of knowledge. These guys know their stuff!!

Winterfell Trek with Robbie the Archer
What an incredible experience for any Game of Thrones fan! Our guide Robbie's genuine passion shone through as he shared personal experiences as an extra and how the show shaped Belfast's community. The locations were beautiful and historically fascinating beyond just being GOT filming sites. As a longtime fan, I got emotional seeing Winterfell, Castle Frey, and the northern forests in person. Robbie was funny, upbeat, and high-energy throughout, eagerly answering questions, discussing fan theories, and sharing North Ireland's history. I absolutely loved this tour and plan to book the Iron Islands tour if I return. The North remembers :)
