Very positive experience. Our tour guide Lisa and bus driver Nigel were a fantastic team. They even gave us a good natured prank! We took this tour as a shore excursion and everything went a planned including getting back to the ship with time to spare. Lisa was extremely informative during the Belfast City part and I learned so much about the city's past that I will never forget. Giant's Causeway was amazing and the beauty of Northern Ireland is stunning!!! If you book this tour see if you can request to be on Lisa's bus.

Bad tour guide who talked only about bars that were passing by and sports, very disorganized tour, bad vehicle, In addition, we were driving an hour to a mediocre restaurant in the middle of nowhere, I guess for a swet deal that company has with the restaurant.

The Giants Causeway is a must see! We had so much fun climbing around. It was a windy day, but the sun was shining! We did not see the rope bridge. I thought we would at least drive by it for a photo.

Communication with viator was poor. We were told they would pick us up by our ship. The morning of we found out that it was a totally different terminal and we had to taxi there. If I had not reached out to confirm we would have missed it! Troy was the best though and he is the only reason I gave it a good.

Lots of nice stops. Lisa our tour guide and Tony the driver were the best. Great driving in some difficult spots and lots of good information. The walk at the causeway was beautiful and doable for anyone in decent shape. ( no problem for a 70 year old but sweat some on the step and slopes). A good lunch stop also! (Not included)

Great tour despite the weather. However disappointing end when I left my disability cushion on the coach (my fault) but despite assurances that the coach would be double checked and lost property returned to port security, it was never returned.

We're very sorry to hear about the missing cushion and completely understand how important it is, especially as a disability aid. We did check the coach thoroughly once it returned to our yard and after our cleaners had completed their inspection, but unfortunately, no cushion was found onboard. By the time this process was completed, the ship had already departed port, which meant we were unable to deliver any lost property directly to port security.
We genuinely regret that we couldn’t reunite you with your item and hope this didn’t take away too much from your overall experience with us.

Don't signup tour operated by Citysightseeing! The tour guide was not good at all. We wasted hours to wait on line for bus to get down to and come up from giant causeway as recommended by the tour guide as the fastest route! Only had 5 minutes to take picture. We also can't hear the tour guide most of the time due to malfunction of bus microphone! The tour guide just ran off and left us there without showing our way once we reached each destination.

However, we do feel that some of the points raised are a little unfair. Our guides always provide clear information about the different ways to reach the Giant’s Causeway upon arrival — including walking routes and the shuttle bus option, which is typically the quickest and easiest for most visitors. The decision to use the shuttle bus is ultimately up to each passenger.
Throughout the tour, our guides share insights at each stop leading up to the Causeway and are always available to answer questions. They make every effort to ensure everyone knows where to go, especially as we operate on a strict schedule to allow time at each stop.
We’re also sorry to hear you had difficulty hearing the guide — this is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will look into the microphone issue with the vehicle used that day.

Most of the time spending time on the bus, not much to see except Causeway. It would be better if we can be dropped off in the Belfast city instead of just passing by. There’s so much to explore in the city.

We had a wonderful visit with our guide Lisa and drive Stephen. Lisa is very knowledgeable about Belfast history, culture and politics, and her sense humor made the trip even more special. Her career as BBC reporter in London made her guide very professional and easy to understand. She was very dedicated to her customers and she talked all the trip to give us as much information as she could. Our driver is a very skilled and safe driver. We highly recommend their tour.

We were so lucky to have Gavin & Brandi show us their county. They were lovely men and had a few tricks up their sleeves to avoid the crowds, so our little group got to see much more. I’ve wanted to see Giants causeway all my life so I was thrilled to get there and hike all around with Gavin. Loved all the banter and commentary too. Poor Gavin talked so much he lost his voice at the end. Brandi a complete professional and safe driver.

Our tour was absolutely excellent! Our guide and bus driver, Troy, was fantastic and did a wonderful job in ensuring everyone had a fantastic time and that we arrived back to our ship with plenty of time to spare. He had a great personality and we could tell he really loves what he does. We brought a collapsible wheelchair, which he stored in the bus luggage department for us and took out at each stop. I absolutely recommend this tour!
