High quality and attention to safety

We were thoroughly impressed by our guide, the quality of service, and the attention to safety. The guides actively chip out your trail as you go and the facility provides high quality gear so you don't need to pack it from home. We lucked out and had a super clear day but even in clouds it would have been a fun experience.

From the moment you step on the catamaran you are treated like a long lost friend! The views are spectacular and the carvings are a sight to behold. Muffins and free coffee are a treat as in the trout tasting. Loved the fishing demo and exciting to see one being caught. The trout you taste, you won’t taste anywhere else unless you catch it yourself, as it’s not sold to shops or restaurants! Very privileged to have had a bite! Lived the whole experience!

Amazing Cultural Experience in Rotorua!

Our visit to Mitai Maori Village was absolutely excellent and one of the highlights of our trip to Rotorua. The experience was both entertaining and educational, and we learned so much about Māori culture and traditions. The performances and cultural show were incredible, and you could really feel the passion and pride throughout the entire experience. The buffet dinner was also excellent with plenty of delicious options to enjoy. They also have a wonderful gift shop with great souvenirs to help remember the experience. Having the smaller boat was great, as it could pull up close to points of interest. Comfy options for sitting indoors though we preferred being outside to take in the views. Tea & biscuits were available. Staff were friendly & helpful, offering to take photos for passengers in a group. Boat was clean & tidy too. Thoroughly recommend the Cruise Milford Small Boutique cruise.

My heart is full

Amazingly wonderful experience. We had perfect weather. Morning is the best time to fly as the sun was in perfect photo position and no westerly winds. My children 15, 13 & 9 yo loved it. Pilot Mark was knowledgeable and friendly. He was kind to my kids and explained things as we went. We felt safe at all times. Sunglasses are a must have.

We would rate this higher than a five if we could. This was one of the best culturally experiences we have attended. Right from the start the staff , bus driver, and the members of the family that performed the dances, songs and shared their ancestors history were amazing. It was fun, informative and very entertaining. The meal was so delicious. I would highly recommend this activity and it was great value for money.

Great fun - our driver (apologies, I don’t remember his name) was fantastic and made the ride as thrilling as possible despite the relatively short stretch of river used for the tour. Plenty of spins and near-misses to keep the pulse rate up (and get us wet!) and the view of the falls from below was worth trip on it’s own. A must-do in Taupo

An unforgettable experience from start to finish. The helicopter flight from Queenstown was breathtaking, with incredible views of mountains, glaciers, and remote valleys. The pilot was fantastic, made sure everyone had a great view, kept things relaxed, and added some good humor along the way. The Milford Sound cruise was stunning and well organized, with plenty of space to enjoy the waterfalls and dramatic scenery. Everything ran smoothly and felt high-end without being over the top. If you’re in Queenstown, this is a must-do. Worth every penny.

Excellent flight and staff

Our 2pm flight was canceled due to cloud cover but the staff were able to put us on an 8am the next day. We had blue skies and wonderful conditions. It’s only a very short amount of time out of the helicopter, just enough time to get some pics and head back down. The flight itself was amazing, flying low over the glacier and up close to the waterfall.
