It’s a good tour, the guides and driver are excellent. I do think it’s over priced and the communications or lack of from head office leave a lot to be desired.

Very good tour to see the highlights of the city. The tour guide Neha was very knowledgeable of the sites and the history behind them. I learnt quite a bit! Wasim the driver was amazing navigating the traffic and finding parking next to the sites

Shruti (guide) was excellent - knowledgable, warm, engaging. Took us to all the major sites and helped us understand more about this beautiful city. Our driver Dildar was great too - punctual, always safely dropping us off and picking us up.

I really enjoyed my tour with guide Shivam and driver Hasan. We saw lots of great places like the Hanging Garden, Gandhi’s house, and the pet market in Crawford Market!
The car was nice and I enjoyed my time with them :)

The tour provided a comprehensive overview of Mumbai's most iconic sights, with exceptionally clear, well-informed explanations from the guide (Shalmali) and plenty of time for photos. I could not fault the tour in any way; it was a truly fabulous, insightful experience.

Driver and guide were very nice and helpful. Neha, our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and happy to accommodate specific requests. As a suggestion, she could tell us more during the long drives about what's around us to make use of that time.

I went on this tour with my partner, and I am writing this review on our way back to our hotel. The operational part of the tour is pretty basic and to the point. It visits several of the major sights as promised.
My issue with this tour is that it is over-priced for the amenities provided. Speaking as an Indian who is familiar with the prices in india, the price of 95usd for two people + 20usd for pick-up and drop off from North Mumbai is way above the market price for a sedan car.
You would be better off booking a car on uber and paying an hourly rate. The total rate for a luxury for 5hrs is only 2,600 rupees....whereas this tour ended costing 12,000rupees for 5 hours in a compact sedan.

Amazing tour. Our tour guide Sahil was informative, fun, extremely knowledgable and we learned so much. We only had one day to see the city and the tour packed in all the important sites. Thoroughly enjoyed it and very good value for money.

I loved the day. My guide Gautam was awesome. Very nice and gave good information on the places we visited. I worked with the tour operator to add lunch at Leopold Cafe and then. the Slum Tour afterwards. Overall I saw a great amount of the city for one day. I would recommend to everyone!

The whole day was fantastic. Our personal guide around Mumbai's major sights was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell us all sorts of interesting things. Then we were handed on to the extraordinary Pooja who took us on a revealing and truly inspirational tour of the ghetto where she lived. I'd strongly recommend both parts of the day, both the usual must-see tourist experiences and learning about how many of the city's people live and work. It's a fabulous pairing and will live forever in your memory.

Did not get to fully enjoy this tour because the operator delayed pickup by 4 hours and the tour went to nearly 9p, and I was very tired. The slum tour with Sneha was great.

City tour with Slum tour. Excellent, our guide for the Slums was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Constantly making sure we hadn’t lost anyone in our group.
Our driver for the tour was very good manouvering through horrendous traffic taking us to the various stops. Would specially recommend the Mahatma Ghandi museum, the laundry and Gateway to India. Would highly recommend this tour.

Very good overview of Mumbai in 4 hours. Be prepared to do some serious walking even though most of the traveling was by private car. Our guide Sahil was very informative, and even got us to take a couple of swings with a cricket bat at the park. He never tired of taking our picture in front of scenic backgrounds. Our driver was very good at navigating the craziness of driving in India.

Great day out. Started with the slum tour at Dharavi with Sneha who lives there. Incredible opportunity to see the businesses run inside. Sneha excellent English and insight. Then we did a city tour including a train ride with Gautam. The youngest tour guide in Mumbai!! Very entertaining and enthusiastic with great knowledge of the city. Highly recommend

Exceptional private tour from start to finish. Atik was prompt to our hotel even though we were staying quite far north in the airport region (Leela hotel). Wasim skillfully managed the chaotic traffic saving us a lot of time and the transport was air conditioned which was welcome given the heat of the day. We liked Atik's depth of knowledge and enthusiasm for Mumbai. He was really helpful in finding us the best Vada Pav (chickpea burger street food) and taking us into the famous Taj hotel next to the gateway of India so we could have a coffee.

Excellent tour with Atik. Covered all the main sites and gave us some great information about Mumbai. It was just the right amount of time for the whole tour and we spent enough time at each attraction without being rushed.

It’s a fabulous - the only - way of seeing a city as spread out as Mumbai in a day. Although we were in South Mumbai, I wish we could have spent a bit more time at each stop. But our guide did take us to an upscale dress shop as well, which pleased my wife very much

The city tour was below expectation as our young tour guide couldn’t really give much information about the places on the itinerary. Perhaps a language barrier as he doesn’t speak fluent English so there was some struggle there.
The slum tour in Dharavi was eye opening thanks to our local guide Varsha. Highly recommended.
Overall the team kept things punctual which is good. Make sure you contact the operator and confirm the details again after booking.

It was very deceptive, they agreed ( on ticket and email) to pick me up from an agreed spot near me but after I paid , refused flat and asked me to join from Gateway of India ( quite far away).
They finally agreed to pick me up closer after a lot of persuasion and paying extra again.
I did like the city very much but not the tour company trying to cut corners.
