We had such a good time going to Lucha Libre with Arturo. He was so fun and enthusiastic. Such a fun experience. Learned the history and rules of Lucha Libra and enjoyed every minute of it!!

This was my very first time experiencing Lucha Libre, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect but it turned out to be one of the most fun and memorable experiences of my trip. Our guide, Arturo, was absolutely amazing. He didn’t just take us from point A to point B, but truly brought the whole experience to life. Along the way, he shared interesting insights about the history and culture of Lucha Libre, which made everything feel much more meaningful. What I loved most was how interactive the tour was he kept us engaged with fun activities and made sure everyone felt included and excited. By the time we arrived at the arena, I felt like I understood the spirit of Lucha Libre much more. The energy inside was incredible so lively, colorful, and full of passion. Even as someone who had never watched wrestling before, I found myself completely drawn into the excitement, cheering along with the crowd. This experience was not just about watching wrestling it was about connecting with a unique part of Mexican culture. I had so much fun, learned a lot, and created memories I’ll never forget. Highly recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time!

Arturo is the best guide. He took care of everything for us. The mezcal tasting was fun and informative. Our seats for the Lucha Libra were great. He even waited until everyone until everyone got their rides back from the arena. This was our second time taking this tour with Arturo, we highly recommended it.

This was a great experience! Our host Arturo was amazing and friendly. He has a passion for wrestling that helps when he is explaining the history and culture. First stop the Mezcal tasting is a great experience. Every one of the Mezcal’s has a smooth finish with no harsh bite. Flavors vary from fruity to a smoked finish. My son (8 years old) was with us and he got a smoothie. Next we walked to the arena. It is crowded getting in but Arturo was with us the whole way and lead us to our seats. It took less than 5 minutes from the doors to our seats! Now the matches are fun and exciting, kids and adults will enjoy the high flying action. After the match Arturo walked us to a safe spot for our Uber and waited with us until our Uber came. We would love to do this again!

The wrestling is silly but a good time if you buy into it. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip and having a former wrestler as a guide adds a lot to it (Arturo was great). Dont worry about seating locations as all the seats offer a great view. The Mezcal tasting is a nice touch but the wrestling is definitely the highlight. Would highly recommend.

Arturo was the best. As a wrestling fan, I thought that I knew all there was about the sport, but he taught me so much more. The mezcal tasting was fun enough, but going to the CMLL event was even more amazing. Great seats, and an electric atmosphere. What better way to spend a Friday night.

A wonderful experience!! Arturo is the best tour guide and full of knowledge. We had delicious mezcal and then walked to the arena & watched Luche Libre which was so fun! Highly recommend this experience!

If there is one thing you do in Mexico City, this is the thing. Arturo was a blast. We learned a lot about both Mezcal and Lucha Libre. The group was awesome, the walk was awesome, the Mezcal was awesome and most importantly the wrestling was awesome.

Great fun. Arturo is a terrific guide for this event since he is an ex wrestler. We had a small group of 8 and he made it very interesting and fun. And not sonhard but having him near all the time made us feel comfortable and safe

This tour exceeded my expectations. I've never been into wrestling, but I had the best time with my husband and our tour guide, Arturo, who is a former luchador. We started at a local bar for an insider mezcal tasting. It was very cool to understand more about mezcal and taste the differences between the varieties. We then took a walk to Arena Mexico for a spectacular show. Great seats! We really got into the theatrics. 1000% recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to get paired with Arturo!

Really enjoyed this tour. Started with some mezcal tasting and then walked to Luche Libre. Our kids had mango shakes which they enjoyed. I liked that we got our own masks and our seats were perfect. Could not have asked for better seats. I felt this tour was great value and felt safe going to the show with Andres, rather than on our own, as we heard the area of the show was a bit sketchy. Andres was very knowledgable and engaging. The kids enjoyed the show as well, although it went pretty late 11pm. I think we were all tired by the end of it. We took an uber home from the event.

We absolutely loved this tour. Arturo was a really fun guide and he explained everything about Lucha Libre to us before hand, as well as told us what was happening during the matches. We did the tour with two kids and they had the best time! Definitely a major trip highlight. Highly recommend!

A really fun experience! Mexcal tasting was fun - complete with guacamole and crickets. Our guide, Arturo, is a former wrestler himself and shared with us some of the history and rituals of Luche Libre. Event itself was a blast and Arturo did not leave his group until every person was in a cab or accounted for. Highly recommend

Fun from start to finish! Arturo's enthusiasm and first-hand knowledge of Luche Libre set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The evening began sampling and learning about Mezcal followed by an interesting walk to the arena. During our walk Arturo prepared us for what to expect at the arena like which side to cheer for (téchnicos=good or rudos=bad). This Luche Libre experience with Arturo was a loud, wildly flashy, over the top fun time!

Incredibly fun! More than we expected. Arturo was amazing! He's a former Luchador, and provided us with so much history of the sport. He was super nice and accommodating, and very fun to be with. If you want to experience authentic Luchador/Lucha Libre Mexican wrestling, this is what you're looking for. You won't be disappointed.

This was the perfect vacation outing! Our guide, Andres, was charming and intelligent; he taught us much about both Mezcal and Lucha Libre, and he provided us with masks of current luchadores so we could fully experience the fights. We had such a good time!

Guide Arturo was good- knowledgeable - fun - attentive. However, for the amount of money paid we could have had better seats. Suggest the seats should be on the front side where wrestlers concentrate their attention to the crowd.

We booked this for a Sunday and we had a great time! Arturo is a former luchador and very knowledgeable overall; he’s a fantastic storyteller, very enthusiastic and funny, and ready with many anecdotes to give you a deeper sense of what’s going on and why, more so than what is readily apparent just from watching the show. The mezcal tasting is a must-do and includes amazing guacamole, chips, and chapullins + smoothies for the kids. He gave us luchador masks and when we spotted one of the show’s luchadors near the entrance as we arrived, he suggested we approach him to get a picture, which was such a neat unexpected highlight! Arturo waited for our Uber to arrive before we parted ways for safety purposes, which we appreciated as it was busy around the arena after the show due to crowds and traffic. Having an insider knowledgeable about Lucha libre to give us additional context and guide us exactly where to go and what to do was great peace of mind too. Our seats were really fantastic too. Highly recommend!
