What are people saying about Medellín

Highly recommend
This was a phenomenal organized tour from start to finish! We really enjoyed our time being in Guatape and exploring what it had to offer. Everything was very timely, never felt rushed and Alejandro was an incredible tour guide! Will definitely be a highlight of our trip in Medellin!

Great tour
The tour was great. We got to experience 3 ways of transportation(metro, cable, bus) with our guide Christian. We walked the Comuna 13 from the top to the bottom which makes it so much easy and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of history. There are a lot of restaurants, fast food and shops.

Valentina was the name of our tour guide, she was sweet, attentive and very detailed. The tour was bilingual which was a plus for us because, I don’t know an ounce of Spanish loool, but that never stopped me from traveling. Tour started at 7 am we received a Colombian breakfast 10/10 I enjoyed it. The bus was spacious and comfortable, the driver was careful on the road, overall we felt safe. We had a great time and I totally recommend and will be returning with friends in the near future!

Great trip!
It is a long day but we got to see a lot. We opted not to climb the rock but the view from the base was good and there are shops and food available there. I took the helicopter ride that was an optional activity instead of staying in town. It cost extra but was worth it!

Formerly known as one of the world’s most dangerous cities, Medellín has emerged as the City of Eternal Spring—a transformation best explained by an expert guide. Many Medellín tours head to Comuna 13, a neighborhood once plagued by violence and now celebrated as a symbol of art and hope. The surrounding countryside is full of lush jungle and waterfalls, which you can explore while ziplining, paragliding, or riding an ATV. Other popular excursions include visits to coffee farms and Guatapé for sweeping views from the top of Piedra del Peñol.
