A fantastic once in a lifetime dawn balloon flight, I would highly recommend this event, peaceful graceful and gentle trip up into the sky, the pilot expertly guides the balloon up and down professionally.

Safety concerns

Great flight experience but the safety issues began once we landed. A local man engaged the pilot in a heated argument followed by a fist fight. All of this in front of my family. It was very uncomfortable and we asked to be driven back to the hotel immediately. We did not feel safe. The tour operator noted it was a known issue!!! On the back of the event we had terrible customer service from both the tour operator and Viator
