Absolutely amazing experience! Sach a smooth and peaceful ride. It was first time for us, we were not scared at all! Beautiful way to start a day with sunrise. The pilot was experienced, friendly and chatty. We felt safe. I loved that after the flight we all sat and had breakfast, we made new friends. Very well organised.

Lovely sunrise hot air balloon ride!

Nice experience. Picked us up from our hotel at 0620. Had coffee and sweet bread while waiting on site. After balloon ride, breakfast was provided on site. Returned to hotel around 1030.

A great way to see the sunrise in Marrakech. The views are great and overall a fun and worthwhile experience. Our pilot Marina was friendly and cheerful and added to the overall atmosphere. Breakfast provided post the balloon ride. Would recommend.

Breathtaking views and an amazing experience

It was a beautiful site watching all the balloons inflate and lift into the air over the desert. Our pilot, Sherif, was amazing and gave us a gradual lift off and a very smooth flight and landing. It is important to remember that the desert is cold in the morning before the sun rises. My partner regretted not wearing a thicker jacket.

Wow what an amazing experience. The van picked us up exactly at the specified time. The trip went by fast. They offered different photo packages for a fee but didn't try to pressure you into buying. I am scared of heights but didn't stress at all, our pilot or whatever he is referred to was a pro and was letting us know what he was doing and why he was doing it.

The tour was very well organized and the weather cooperated. Our pilot had a great sense of humor and was explaining everything we saw below. We had 16 people on our balloon bur it felt comfortable and not crowded.

Being in a hot-air balloon was a great experience. Watching the sun rise, floating over the desert, seeing the mountains, and the feeling of peace and tranquillity was amazing. The whole atmosphere at the base camp was exotic and the post-ride breakfast delicious. Two complaints, however: 1. It should be clearer during the booking process that 6:30 is when you start flying. Our pick-up time was at 4:30AM. 2. We were put with a French group, the French guide spoke a little bit of English, but the French speakers received much more information than we did.

Balloon trip

First time in a balloon - felt super safe though very squashed in. Unfortunately no sunrise for us due to cloudy weather but great experience anyway. Didn’t give 5 stars as coffee was undrinkable, breakfast was very average and we were expecting a bit of info in the balloon about the area but it was mainly silent! Very nice guy and some questions were answered knowledgeably when asked but no running commentary or info offered over the one hour trip.

Balloon ride over the red desert

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish tldespite having a cloudy day. Very well organised and smoothly run. We were collected at an arranged meeting point and driven into the desert, took about an hour. Then sat round a fire and drank morrocan tea before being arranged into groups and given safety briefings. We then watched the balloons being inflated - a strenuous process that takes huge man power. We then got into our balloons and we were off! 2-3 people per balloon section i the basket. We spent a good 45 minutes in the air and got some amazing views though not a clear enough day for the Atlas mountains. A bumpy landing due to the winds but it really ended the experience brilliantly, so much fun and laughter when the basket tipped over. Loved it. Then we were given breakfast and a certificate. Overall a fantastic experience and worth every penny when you take the efficiency, man power, fuel costs and pilot experience into account. If you are thinking about it, DO IT!

A bucket list experience (just bring a jacket in feb)

I booked it for my partners 30th. It was such a great experience from being picked up too the moment we ascended into the air, watched the sunrise over the Atlas mountain ridge to the final touch down. We enjoyed a great ride, the captain was full of confidence and jokes. Only thing I would note is if your going in early February when we did, bring a jacket I wore a Tshirt and hoodie and jeans and felt like I was going to freeze. Would highly recommend to anyone, the views alone are incredible

Unforgettable. I had wanted to do this for some time and it was really worth it. The flight was very peaceful and pleasant; the balloon pilot super nice and professional. There were 14 of us in the basket but it didn't feel cramped, there was enough space. It was great to see the sun rise. It was cold in the desert before the sun came up so remember to take warm clothes. Saw some stars though and we sat around a fire. I can really recommend this experience.

Ange was an exceptional pilot - confident and very knowledgeable. She took time to take photos for each group ensuring we had the best backdrop. Magical and memorable experience - a must do while in Marrakech. The only challenge was we waited for almost an hour after we arrived so not sure why the pick up was so early. Also, all the rides are the same so it doesn’t matter if it’s Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains or just Marrakech. No one asked what group we were with.

Amazing experience. Only form point was that the tour company did not come to meet me at my Riad and I got lost with their last minute directions at 0545 after agreeing to come to pick me up at Riad.

Once in a lifetime experience. While there was a morning mist and we didn't see the Atlas mountains at their full potential it was still an incredible view. Prompt pickup and excellent organisation. Breakfast was delicious and your guide and staff were knowledge and brilliant I felt safe at all times and would do it all over again..

Fab experience, very organised throughout our trip. Transfer to and from the location was great. Tea and Coffee on arrival, small briefing before boarding the Hot Air Balloon. Views were amazing, loads of opportunities for pictures before, during and after the flight. So nice to see the sunrise. Very friendly pilot, believe his name is Mahmoud and a nice breakfast once back at the location. All round amazing experience, friendly and happy staff -would definitely recommend!

Amazing trip, Riga our Pilot was fantastic, so experienced and calm and for anyone who may be nervous, he explained how the Balloon works and let us know every step of the way what he was doing. The views of the sunrise were amazing and so peaceful, our pick up and drop off went really smoothly and it was nice to sit and have breakfast afterwards in the tent, highly recommend it!

One Off Experience

obviously expensive but as a one off experience it was worth it.. the balloon itself wasn't an exilirating experience as we expected.. it was more of a chilled outdoor experience. The camp, lunch and transfers included in the price with adequate toilets everything was enjoyable. Only Negative: Bear in mind that they put 3 people in each pouch on the basket which isnt ideal. If you are a big person then trying to move within the pouch would.be extrememly difficult for all - The pouches are clearly designed for 2 people not 3 The sun rising from the Atlas mountians over the desert was worth the entrance fee aloe There were no extra charges on our trip
