What are people saying about Malta

Very Pleasant Tour
I had the good fortune of booking this tour, which gave me a wonderful sense of beautiful Malta. This was my first time in the country, and after spending, unfortunately, only a few hours there, I already want to come back and spend much more time exploring it. First, the pre-cruise communication with Chris via WhatsApp was excellent. He confirmed all the details of my tour, including the date, number of passengers, pick-up time, and location, and he also shared plenty of helpful recommendations about things to see and do. Tony was the driver for our tour, and it was an absolute pleasure spending the day with him. He took us to all the main sights in Malta that could reasonably fit into a shore excursion like ours. We spent about an hour and a half exploring Floriana and Valletta, including a visit to St. John’s Co-Cathedral (bought the tickets online the day before). We then visited the Three Cities and had about an hour to walk around Vittoriosa (so beautiful), followed by the Blue Grotto, where we took the boat tour and had lunch at a local restaurant (which was just okay). We also visited the Hagar Qim Temples and the Mdina Fortress. Tony’s van was impeccably clean and comfortable, and his driving made my family and me feel completely safe throughout the day. One thing I would like to clarify for future travelers is that Tony drove us to the various sites and explained things along the way, but he did not accompany us inside the attractions because he is not a licensed tour guide. I was aware of this when I booked the tour (the tour description makes this very clear), so it was not a problem for me. However, to fully enjoy this type of tour, you should be comfortable exploring the sites independently. At some stops, Tony would drop us off and meet us again shortly afterward, sometimes at the same location and sometimes just a few meters away. Would I book this tour again? Absolutely! And, if possible, I would definitely request Tony as the driver. Overall, it was well worth the price, a wonderful way to get a taste of Malta during a short shore excursion, and I highly recommend it.

The Perfect Way to Experience Comino
Our day exploring Comino was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Malta. From the moment we met our skipper, everything was easy. He was right on time, prompt, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable and having a great time throughout the day. Being out on the water with friends, cruising along the Maltese coastline, swimming in the most unbelievably clear turquoise water, and exploring the caves and coves around Comino was pretty hard to beat. Every stop somehow seemed more beautiful than the last, and we loved that the day never felt rushed or overly structured. We had plenty of time to swim, relax, laugh, and just enjoy being together in such an incredible place. Our skipper really helped make the experience. He knew exactly where to take us, gave us time to enjoy each spot, and made the whole day feel relaxed and effortless. There are certain days on vacation that you know you’ll still be talking about years later, and this was definitely one of them. If you’re visiting Malta with friends and want an unforgettable way to experience Comino, the Blue Lagoon, and those incredible Maltese waters, we couldn’t recommend this experience more. We’d do it again in a heartbeat.

John knows his stuff
Had some info lost in translation from initial contact to execution, plus some more on the day of the actual tour, not John's fault. John's knowledge is encyclopedia and speaks extensively on all topics, I could barely keep up. I loved the rotunda very much and John provided us a delightful local snack thereafter. I didn't know I should see St Paul's grotto due to my own lack of research. My friend asked to go back to see the catacombs after we were well past them, which I would give a miss to, in hindsight. The grotto was then closed due to the hour, despite John's best efforts to ameliorate. John took us to a nice scenic overlook and the best part was the little market stood up there, very good experience. We went by the ancient ruins of Hagar Qim, supposedly older than the pyramids? Unfortunately I was not impressed. Really liked Mdina and the three walled cities which John managed to squeeze in despite the requested doubling back. He was able to pick us up at a different location as well as drop us off at my lodgings near the airport which I really appreciated!

Tailor made
Chamison was a fabulous driver/guide. I had lived on Malta as a child and wanted to show my family where I had lived/ went to school etc and he incorporated this into the trip. He found prickly pear for the boys to taste and my childhood favourite pastries hot from the bakery. He also knows an amazing doughnut shop. Perfect.
