We booked this excursion at the last minute and I'm so glad we did. It became the absolute highlight of our stay. Mo, our driver was so much fun. He took us on a magical mystery tour of Gozo and delighted us along the way with his knowledge. He also took us off the beaten track to a few little golden nuggets that you would not see if you'd been on a set bus journey. We stopped for a delicious lunch and everything was just a lovely, with a lively easy pace. I'd very highly recommend this tour for history, nature, culture, architecture and art which we found to be great value for money. We covered many sites on one easy trip with this excursion. If you end up with Mo as your driver, he'll most likely speak your language too.

Was a wonderful experience from start to finish our guide/driver Armand was lovely and so knowledgeable and made our day feel special and individual. I would highly recommend this activity.

Michelle was a wonderful guide, very knowledgable just a long old day was out from 830 to 1800, may have just felt long due to heat! Buggy gets very warm. Fab day, really enjoyed it!

Pick up from hotel was 45 minutes late. We were waiting on the street corner in the hot sun. Not a great start to the day. The boat ride over to Gozo was packed like sardines. The buggy was very enjoyable with a very knowledgable guide who made the experience r very enjoyable. Probably went to too many places - some great beaches but not enough time to stop and swim. Boat ride back was good but should have been told to wear bathers as could not change on the boat. All round not bad but more comms about what to expect would have been better.

We had such a wonderful day exploring Gozo by buggy with Michelle! 🥰 She was incredibly attentive, friendly and funny and really made the whole experience special. We learned a lot about Gozo’s history and visited many beautiful and unforgettable places. The tour was perfectly organised, and Michelle made us feel comfortable and looked after throughout the day.

From start to finish we loved this trip. The boat over was fun, the allocation of buggies was well organised, Peter our driver and guide was personable and informative and allowed a lot of flexibility. The lunch was delicious and healthy. The trip back on the speed boat was so much fun. We had plenty of time to see and swim in the Blue Lagoon and it was just beautiful.

Great swimming destinations & knowledge of the area. Buggies are a fun difference, ours broke down but they didn't mess about & supplied a replacement quickly. The boat trip & swim in the blue lagoon was a beautiful end to the day.

This experience was fun and our local guide, Sam, was amazing. The major downsides were the amount of dust and noise that were exhibited by the jeeps. We were also forced to change the date of our experience with limited communication and no compensation.

The buggy, which seats five travelers, met us at the pier. We had to wait about 20 minutes before things got started. We then met our driver, Luke. He was very personable and quite a character. He drove us all over Gozo Island. He had interesting comments about the people and the culture and the neighborhoods. He provided us some information about the history, though clearly he is not a historian. what we liked most about this experience were the great views, and Luke seemed to know all the right spots to take us to. There were two optional components to the trip, which cost extra. One was getting on a small boat, which took us through their grotto and saw some amazing views and beautiful blue just like the blue grotto. The second was when we went to the megalith temple site. That was also an additional charge and very much worth it. In fact, I wish we had spent less time at the citadel which was striking, so we could’ve spent even more time at the nail site.

The noise of the buggy was quite intense. Might be worth investing in audio noise cancelling head sets so the people could hear the tour guide and not get deafened from the engine.

This is a full day of fun from the moment you aboard the boat to take you to Gozo right until coming back to Malta after a swim in the bluest water of the Mediterranean Sea.
The driver of our buggy, Peter was knowledgable and courteous the whole day constantly giving us information about what we were seeing and flexing the day to make it the most enjoyable experience for us. Gozo is such a gorgeous island and this is definitely one of the best ways to visit it.
I had a nice experience, visited so many places, bays, Gozo, comino, old village, places of worships

Disappointed – Not the guided tour we paid for
We booked this as a guided tour for our family of four and unfortunately it fell well short of expectations.
Pickup was on time, which was a positive start, but we were given no information about the day’s plan. At the port we were left to follow the crowd onto the boat, and arrival in Gozo was chaotic with dozens of guides holding name sheets. When we found ours, he told us he wasn’t a regular guide and it showed. Unlike some other guides we saw, he didn’t accompany us at any of the stops. For a tour sold as guided, this felt more like a taxi service.
We were also misled about time at certain locations and ended up missing one of the main attractions entirely. Lunch was a very average cold buffet- tomato pasta, tuna, rice, olives, bread, salad, water melon and wine. The buggy itself was fun and the kids enjoyed that part.
In addition, the boat doesn’t dock at shore at Blue Lagoon, which is unsafe for children and weaker swimmers, and the boat actually set off without four passengers and had to turn back.
For a family of four, we could have hired a car and done this ourselves for a fraction of the price. At a minimum, guides should accompany you at each stop to provide information along the way and an itinerary should be provided at pickup.

Well ohhh myyy where can we start. I don’t even think l can do any justice with my word's.
You have to experience it to believe it. We started on a high with the lovely kind driver who picks you up from a location closest to your accommodation.
We were greeted at the port to go on our pirate ship well that what’s it felt and looked like. The staff and captain were so welcoming and friendly. We Sailed our way through the Mediterranean ocean to be greeted by our driver for the day in the our dune buggies .
From start to finish Michelle was an absolute ripper she was super attentive to both us and another beautiful couple who joined the buggie we all had a lot of laughs. Michelle took us to everywhere in Gozo she didn’t miss a beat .Its fast and furious at times driving which was the best part. We felt so safe in Michelle hands. We loved watching all of us in a big group drive through everywhere. All the staff were super friendly making it a very memorable day out. Everyone in our bus couldn’t stop talking about their experiences. I think because it was that good you couldn’t have even imagined it if you tried.
The food and drinks were perfect.
The places we visited were enough time you weren’t rushed at all. We loved every place equally because it was the real Malta experience we were after especially because my husband’s family came from there. Which in itself was so special.
Amazing swimming in the Blue Lagoon be prepared though you have a ladder to use to get into the water or jump off the back which l was surprised was super easy and safe. The water and weather was to die for . Now the fun begins again after the swim because your on a fast boat ride back …bring towels … The driver took you to hidden places of wonder and beauty which was unexpected loved it.
Then we speed back with music playing not too loud but soooooo much fun. Sun water and the breeze all in one l felt like a millionaire.

Crazy bumpy ride round Gozo takin all the sights. Our driver was informative and friendly and made the journey interesting and often funny. Good way to see things you may not be able too.

Pick up from hotel was great. On arrival at post rather chaotic. We were eventually squeezed onto a boat for the crossing to Gozo. No briefing or knowledge of where life vests were. Chaos once arrived trying to find your driver. Eventually we were off with George who took us round the Island. Very knowledgeable and made sure everyone on the ATV understood and saw the sights. Lunch was at a local restaurant excellent food and some wine as well.
Same chaos on the boat on the way back with every on packed like sardines. We stopped for a while at the Blue Lagoon for those that wanted to swim.
On arrival back on Malta we were met by Ronnie, the driver who had picked us up originally from the hotel. A smooth drive back completed a busy day.
Special mention the Ronnie the mini bus driver who was great and made everyone feel very welcome.
This is an excellent way to see the main sites of Gozo in one day. Our driver was informative and friendly. We could have used more time to see the citadel and less time at the beach with the now collapsed arch, but that was primarily because boat rides into the inland sea cave weren’t operating. The swim stop at the Blue Lagoon was a lovely way to end the trip. Overall a wonderful day.
The excursion was very nice, very laid-back. Lots of driving through streets. More driving than I was expecting. Starts out on a boat, then goes to another island, and then you get on your off-road vehicle. We misunderstood about blue Lagoon Beach as it was the last thing we did as we were going back.
It was great exploring Gozo island as it has charm and much to offer. The views of the mediterranean Sea was great and it was nice to get freshly squeezed pomegranate juice.
Lots of fun, bring warm clothes though.
Perry was fantastic and we met some lovely people on the way.
Amazing experience from hotel pick up to return. The boat cruise, buggy rides and lunch were all great. Highly recommend !!
The day in Gozo was wonderful. The boat ride over was nice and then traveling on the buggy with Perry as our driver all day was amazing. He showed us so much and brought a lot of fun to the trip. I highly recommend this excursion.
Luke was our guide/driver knowledgeable & very friendly. We would recommend this trip around Gozo to see the sights. There was 4 adults in our group & the vehicle was fun & comfortable. A great way to see Gozo!!

Gozo is beautiful, the experience has been very good, our guide, Silvio, drove us in some amazing places for landscape
The buffet food was alright, the unlimited wine was not good but we knew/guess it in advance, where in the world we can have a decent one for free for unlimited amount 😂
Buggy is fun, but bit noisy,
The 6h tour in buggy only went very fast, so it was a good tour
The way back to Malta by boat was good too, the pilot went to few nice caves etc…

Gozo and Comino are beautiful and worth the visit. Highlights were The Citadel, the Salt Pans, and the lagoons on Comino. It would have been extremely helpful if our guide had been more knowledgeable about the history of the islands and had a better command of English, since we requested an English-speaking guide.
