Our driver, Hany, was great, already waiting for us when we arrived at Aswan Airport at 7:30 am. The car was comfortable, with snacks and bottled water provided. A special thanks to both Hany, our driver, and Hany tour guide at the temples. They were both friendly and professional and made the experience even better. Abu Simbel is a must-see!

I am naturally a deep sceptic. I rarely ever take the time to write online reviews, and I usually look at pages of glowing, flawless feedback with a heavy dose of cynicism. However, our experience was so profoundly exceptional that I feel compelled to share it. If you are looking to ensure that your family and friends are in the absolute safest, most genuine, and most trustworthy hands, you must request Aly Swahili from your tour operator. From the very beginning of the day, Aly set a gold standard for what a guide should be. He texted us first thing in the morning to coordinate, arrived precisely on time, and immediately walked us through the entire day's itinerary so we knew exactly what to expect. But what truly separated Aly from any other guide we have ever encountered was the way he embraced our family. He did not just guide us; he treated my family as if we were his very own. He looked after my children with the deep warmth and tender care of a doting grandfather. Throughout the day, he was constantly looking out for them—bringing them water, sweets, and little treats, and showering them with genuine affection. As a cultural guide, Aly is a master storyteller. Every single temple and historical site we visited came alive through his wonderful, fun-filled narratives. We had a great tour with...

We had a great tour with our guide Abdul (Abdelwahab). The driver was on time for pickup, and the tour lasted about 6-7 hours. We enjoyed that all of the sights were included in one tour and were able to move at our own pace. The temples and tombs were all great to see. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. As to be expected, it was very hot, but the driver did buy us water at the beginning. Some annoyances from people at the site trying to get tips, but not the fault of the tour/guide.

Fantastic experience

Can’t say enough great things about this! The operators were phenomenal. They reached out to me the day before and asked when we were leaving Luxor they then let us know weather conditions for the day following our originally booked ride looked better so offered to switch us. The balloon and transport to/from the balloon were perfect and we felt safe the entire time. Everything went very smoothly but we did get back to the hotel a bit later than expected.

Well organized and magnificent

The day before, we are notified of the pickup time at the hotel. They were punctual. Waiting on site, but seeing all these hot air balloons inflate is magnificent. They offer a paid photo/video package of the flight, which is very easy to decline. The flight is magical; it is gentle, calm, peaceful, and the view is superb. Then we landed quietly in a field; they put a lot of energy into folding up the fabric, and we head off again. A box is passed around for the men who handle the logistics; plan on a well-deserved tip. We took the 5:30 AM flight so as not to be disappointed by a possible missed sunrise, and we have no regrets. A great experience for us.

We had a great time with Peter, he planned our itinerary in a way that we were able to enjoy several of the sights without experiencing the excessive heat, and timed to avoid large crowds. This allowed us to take our time, walk around unbothered, and learn from him at a comfortable pace. He had a wealth of knowledge to share, was punctual, and attentive. We are already excited to go back!

I recommend it.

We only had a driver's car, but they also taught us about the history and scenery along the way, and we had a very enjoyable half day. We were able to see the Valley of the Kings to our heart’s content, without any time limit, and were comfortable in an air-conditioned car! I was also able to communicate with them beforehand on whatsapp, which was great.
