What are people saying about Luxor

Selected the “meet the...
Selected the “meet the guide at abu simbel” option. The driver was nice and friendly, with modern and clean car (Mitsubishi xpander). Compared to Cairo I feel the driver drove much calmly 😅 The guide, Ahmad the “Tiger” was super friendly and knowledgeable. Guide cannot enter the temple anyway so I think meeting the guide there suffice - considering the drive to the temple from Aswan takes about 3h30m. Ample time to explore and take photos. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. My reccs, choose the 7am departure. You avoid the morning rush (there were crowd but not super crowded), and the heat is manageable.

Beautiful experience in Luxor.
It was a wonderful experience that I had with my Guide, Ahmed Kamel. He's one of the best showing you all the Egyptian History with a lot of details. I really want to thank him and our Chauffeur as well. I recommend his service because his knowledge. Thanks!

Amazing Experience
The hot air balloon experience was absolutely AMAZING and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt! Watching the sunrise over Luxor while floating high above the Valley of the Kings, temples, and beautiful landscape was truly breathtaking. It was such a peaceful, unforgettable experience and something I would recommend to anyone visiting Egypt. Everything was incredible from start to finish, and the views were worth every second. If you’re visiting Luxor, this is an absolute MUST-DO! An experience I’ll remember forever.

Incredible tour
The tour was incredible! Ahmed was a very knowledgeable guide who is an expert in Egyptology. We asked lots of questions and had a friend in our group who knew about Archeology and he answered these with enthusiasm and ease. Many other tours miss Medinet Habbu and the Valley of the Artisans, which were really amazing and so worth doing. The range of sites on the tour made it really unique and we came away feeling we had really have a comprehensive understanding of the West Bank. Ahmed was very patients when we wanted to spend longer in certain places and the private tour environment meant he could be flexible.

Egypt’s ancient wonders come alive in Luxor. There’s so much history here that you’ll want to book a tour (or three) to make the most of your visit. Options include private excursions for a more personalized experience, multi-day Nile River cruises, hot-air balloon flights over the valley, and plenty of opportunities for visiting world-famous sites such as the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
