I saw this possibility on YouTube while planning for our trip to Egypt. My parents and my brother and sister-in-law and I definitely wanted to do this. It did not disappoint at all! We went not at sunrise but at the one right after that. It was a better price and we just had a wonderful time! My brother-in-law said that he could’ve stayed up there all day! Leaving the round was so gentle. You didn’t even realize you were being lifted up. Prepare yourself for the landing. And make sure that you’re watching so you’re not surprised. But everything was great and I would recommend this to anyone visiting! The views were incredible and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

The balloon ride experience was amazing! We were picked up at 5:20am and arrived shortly to the balloon site. It was a smooth ride all the way and the captain was very informative. 10/10 would definitely go again!
It wasn't what we were expecting, but it was still pretty amazing! You're in a large basket with 9 sections. 8 sections that have 2-4 people in each one. And 1 section for the pilot. The pilot did an awesome job! A very smooth ride and landing. The ground crew was great too. They all worked very hard to make sure everyone had a memorable experience.

Very, very disappointing. We selected the hot air balloon for sunrise, including a very early wake-up call (4:30). The driver picked us up at 5am and then we went around the city to pick up all the other tourists, thus watching the sunrise through the car window and not on the hot air balloon.
Arrived on site at 6am (initially scheduled take-off time) past we cannot take off because they have not received the authorization from the airport control tower. Very poorly organized. We take our pain patiently and wait wisely in the car. 6:45 am the day is well up when finally the balloons start to be inflated but lack of skin we have to wait for the second wave .. it starts to do a lot, we get annoyed and pompom: we ***** our mouth in Arabic.
We finally take off at 7:14 and land at 7:45, far from the 45 to 60 minutes of flight planned.
