Viva Peru
My tour guide, Juan was great in educating on all aspects of the Catacombs snd the Francisco monks. You almost felt you were living through those times and brought me closer to the culture. Juan is also very easy going and patiently answered everyone's questions.
The water show was spectacular and explained everything in a story fashion.
I highly recommend this tour for everyone.

Important Must See
Give yourself lots of time to read, learn and explore this important museum and don't skip the incredible warehouse, or Erotic Museum.
Exceptional opportunity and a must see for anyone who wants to learn about Peru from BC to modern times.
There was no lineup and only about 14-20 people total in the whole exhibits on a Thursday afternoon in early March.

10/10 Experience and Very Educational
Melanie was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and I was able to learn a lot about Limas culture and history with her guidance. The drive was smooth, and we saw a lot of places within the time frame we had which was very doable, had a surprise Pisco tasting and had time to shop a little for souvenirs also. I highly recommend doing this tour if you want to learn more about Lima, Peru. It is always nice to learn about the country you’re visiting from someone who cares a lot about it and from someone who knows best :)

This experience was...
This experience was amazing, comfortable, and well organized. It was the perfect way to get to Nazca stress free and still see many sights and activities along the way. The buses were so comfortable and all of the guides were knowledgeable and kind. My family loved all of the different types of activities and coordination. We highly recommend this!

Awesome Adventure Indiana Jones Style
This was an amazing tour with a wonderful company. Communication was very clear and timely (using WhatsApp) and I was able to be picked up at my airBNB on time/a few minutes early. I stayed in Miraflores and when booking there were about 12 pickup locations offered. I selected a neighborhood hotel about 12 minute walk from the AirBNB but Johanna (the guide) reached out the night before to arrange pickup at my actual address.
The ride out is in a comfortable van, with AC and an experienced driver. We stopped about an hour/hour and a half into the ride for restroom and gas station snacks/sodas.
Caral is an awesome place. Only discovered and excavated in the past 30+ years it’s worth a visit. There was only 1-2 other tours there at the time so we “had the place to ourselves”. You get to walk around the ruins with the guide, take photos and learn.
Local people can rent a booth/set up a shop on the way in and out and small souvenirs can be had for a few dollars - probably the cheapest I’ve found yet. Magnets, keychains, flutes, mugs, etc. A nice coffee mug was $5 US for example; magnets about $1.50.
The drive to lunch is about an hour and is at a very nice restaurant in Baranca. An outdoor seaside (street side) table was reserved in advance and we sat together as a group, pay for your own. Lunch runs about $25 US for ceviche. Beer or cocktails can be had and we then walked along the beach for about 20 minutes. Next stop was a Christ the Redeemer statue for photos (20 minutes) and then the long ride home (about 3.5-4 hours).
I’m in Peru taking an intensive medical course and unlike when I was in college, I used the time in the van on this road trip to study on the way there and back.
An awesome tour, with an awesome guide. Highly recommend if you like ruins and archeology!!!

Epic Tour With an Epic Guide
Great experience and adventure! Last activity requires a bit of stamina since you will be walking uphill in sand for approximately 5min. Read the providers information they send . They have very helpful suggestions. Overall, strongly recommend. Ask for Rose.

Of you have 1/2 day spare, this is a good use of your time.
I paid to be picked up at our hotel, the comms was confusing, i dont know if this is viator or the company, i think viator. I contacted the company directly to confirm, and they were very responsive. Once we were in the vehiclMelanie was very chatty, making us feel welcome in the traffic (which if you come to Lima is absolutely terrible). We picked up the others on our trip and headed out of Lima, Melanie gave us a running commentary and where we were and what we could see out of the window as we passed.
At the museum, melanie was very knowledgeable and answered our questions, with additional information, helping us understand the history of pachacamac. At the site, the car took is distance between buildings and we went most of the way to the top (maybe 10m lower). All the time getting details of history, gods and stories handed down, from our guide.
Would i go again yes, as i think there is more to learn.
Value for money, excellent (in my opinion ).

Fantastic Guide who really made this a great experience!
It is a wonderful tour and Melanie was a FANTASTIC guide. It is well-paced and very informative. There were only 4 total in our tour, so having a small group allowed everyone to ask questions with no one feeling rushed.
Melanie is very, very knowledgeable and both very personable and professional. Every aspect of it was worthwhile. Wish we could have Melanie again as a guide while we are staying in Lima.

Great tour
This is a great tour round Lima with stops at various places. Sue was very informative and we learnt a lot about the cuisine of Peru. The highlight for us was making our own coconut ceviche, also the final meal overlooking the pyramids. Well worth the money

Unique city experience!
Diego was such a wonderful tour guide and we saw so much of Miraflores and Barranco. We didn't just see sights, but Diego took the time to explain the history and people of the things we visited. While I was solo I met one other person the tour, so it felt like such a personalized experience. Highly recommend for a great few hours in the city.

It was fun to ride the...
It was fun to ride the double decker bus from the Miraflores district to the historical center and back while having hearing a narration of the buildings and areas we passed by. Once at the historical center, we went with our guide Elizabeth who provided detailed explanations on the sites and was very patient with ny elderly parents who needed a little more time walking around. This was not a hop-on/hop-off tour but it worked well for my family with limited mobility to see the town without rushing into and out of the bus.
