Maverick arrived on time and was a great guide for this tour, especially as it was personalised with only us as guests. Transport was very comfortable.
Maverick was very informative about many aspects of Lima and Peru which he discussed as we travelled to and from the historical site. A little more time at the museum would have been good.

This was a great activity! JJ was the best tour guide because he was extremely knowledgeable about the temples and the area. You can tell this isn't just an assignment for him, he really enjoys telling the history and explaining the culture.

Although I’m not all that much into ruins, this tour was more interesting than I thought it would be. I wish it was a hour longer though because I felt a little rushed. I especially liked the museum. Gabby was an excellent guide.

Over the years we have had many tours in many different countries. In our January 2026 visit to Lima, we experienced two of the best.
This tour was one of them. Giovanna, our tour guide, was a fount of knowledge and passionate in telling us about her country's Inca heritage. Plus, the several hours we spent at the site and traveling to and fro involved two-way conversations about history, culture, food, politics, how young people are faring, agriculture, climate, earthquakes (all of us being Ring of Fire denizens) and more. Time well spent in getting a bit more knowledgeable about Peru. An altogether informative and enjoyable tour, with an additional shout out to Miquel who manoeuvred us through Lima traffic.

A wonderful morning trip to see and experience all the history that Pachacamac has to offer. Haku tours provided comfortable and convenient transportation, and their guide made sure we learned the history and importance of the site as we visited the museum and made our way through the various ruins.

We enjoyed this tour as an alternative to investing 10 hours to visit Caral. Aaron was a great guide - friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about his family and city beyond the specific tour. The site has an excellent small museum that explains the many cultures that built and used it. A bonus was the view from the top to get an understanding of both the site and surrounding landscape.
Even the drive there showed us more parts of Lima we had not yet visited- and our second ride with Percy was as good as the first!

Aaron was our guide (awesome!) And Percy our driver (glad he could navigate the traffic!) Fantastic experience. The excavation site is huge. Aaron took us through the museum and gave us great historical background on the Inca civilization that occupied this place in the 1400s. Highly recommend Pachacamac tour!

Our Tour Guide was Gabbie. She was very good. Very friendly. Added a lot of personal details and made the drive fun.
The site is very cool. Not too far from Lima, and bigger than you think.

This was the last tour we had planned after spending 14 days in Peru. Haku Tours picked us up at our hotel on time and our guide Amadeo was among the very best we had during the trip. Amadeo spoke excellent English and had great knowledge and information about Peru's history and Pachacamac. Great way to spend half a day!

Pachacamac was such an interesting place to visit and learn about the history of Inca and earlier indigenous cultures from a descendant whose knowledge was both from academic sources and his own elders. From Edwin we learned about the items and sites we saw, but also about the philosophy and religion of Incan people that is still practiced today. Definitely a memorable experience.

Leonardo was a very knowledgeable friendly guide. We were the only people on the tour. He took us all around the ruins. Very informative about pre Inca civilizations and very good at explaining things. The ruins themselves were OK, some well reconstructed, others barely discernible. Getting to the site, gave a very good glimpse of how people live outside of the hotel districts. Would definitely recommend this tour.

The tour guides were very knowledgeable about this area and took us through to see all the highlights. We did not bring a bottle of water with us, as it said it was included in the program. I would recommend you bring one with you, as the excavation site is outside in an arid region, where temps got pretty hot. Fascinating to see how this site works with other areas we saw throughout Peru linked via the INKA TRIAL. Museum was surprisingly modern, with the best of what has been found to date from these sites.

The tour was excellent overall! We were picked up precisely on time at our location, our guide Aura was fabulous and very informative, and we enjoyed our time learning about Pachacamac. The actual site was much larger than I expected. Make sure to bring sunscreen, and reapply it while you are there, as there is zero shade and it is hot most of the year. Would go again!

Leonardo was extremely knowledgeable about the Lima, pre-Inca, and Inca cultures. He explained what we were seeing as we walked through the ruins and museum. Would recommend this before heading to Machu Picchu. Our driver was amazing too!

Pamela is very clever, funny and explains everything you need to know, great Guide.
The temples arent totally available for entrance, they are still working on the archeology.
Its a beauthiful place with great history, totally worth It.

We had a great tour with Aura. As it turned out, my son and I were the only ones one the tour which was great. Aura was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The visit to Pachacamac was great and we learned a lot about early Peruvian history. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and other things to visit in Lima. All in all a great tour!

This was an awesome Must do/see tour! Our guide Chris was very knowledgeable and excellent. We had perfect weather and Chris moved at a very steady pace and made our tour very comfortable. At the top of the pyramid there are amazing views of the city and ocean....I would definitely recommend this tour and request Chris if possible with Haku Tours! Thanks!
