We had THE best day with Katsu. We got to see alllllllll the sites on my list AND take a stop at the top shaved ice place in Kyoto. Make sure Katsu takes you- it’s phenomenal. He’s going to laugh if I send tons of people asking for shaved ice vs temples but again , we got To see the entire city. He took amazing photos of us and was a great guide. The car was super nice and clean and he was also kind and quite funny!!

Wonderful private family tour of Kyoto

Our family enjoyed a wonderful day touring Kyoto with Maya. She contacted me in advance to discuss our itinerary, interests, ages of our kids, and meeting point. We were able to customize our schedule. Maya gave us history and tradition talks throughout the day. She included stops for snacks and breaks for the kids. Awesome Tour! Full day and worth every bit!

* This was an awesome tour. Ryu was great, he was funny, energetic, spoke great English, and was ultra flexible. He planned a great day and was constantly checking in to make sure I was good with his thoughts, he was easy to talk to and the entire day feel like hanging out with a new friend versus a guide. He picked me up at the train station, promptly and on time, got me in the van and within a few minutes of stepping off the train in Osaka, I was on the way to Kyoto. The vehicle was really nice, clean, well maintained, with easily accessible charging ports, cup holders etc.. Ryu was super chill, and very go with the flow, gave me plenty of time at each stop and eve have a great recommendation at the bamboo forest to take the rickshaw, which was an awesome experience. He even went above and beyond to make sure I got to my next tour, he dropped me off at the hotel, offered to drive me over to a nighttime photo shoot nearby, parked and walked me to the meeting point to make sure I made it. It was first class service all the way, I couldn’t ask for a better guide of experience. Lastly, and most importantly, opt in for the lunch at the Ramen spot. It was the best ramen I ever had in my life, you will NOT regret it. Made a great day even better! Highly recommend for the hassle free experience !

We would never have been able to see as many sights in Kyoto without them and Kazz took so many photos of us, we will remember this day for a long time.
