We had an incredible experience with Aktivtransfer for our first-ever trip to Jamaica! From start to finish, the service coordinated by Andre was seamless and professional. Even though our arrival was delayed by an hour, our driver, Rashiki, was right there waiting for us outside the terminal with a smile. The communication with my wife and I was so easy and personable; it truly felt like we were visiting a friend rather than just hiring a driver. Rashiki gave us fantastic recommendations for local landmarks and the best restaurants to try. He also went above and beyond for our departure. Since we wanted to enjoy the Club Mobay VIP Lounge before our 12:00 PM flight, he picked us up early to ensure we arrived safely and had plenty of time to eat and relax without feeling rushed. Custom Adventures and Travel Services- Montego Bay, Jamaica The resort I stayed at offered a shuttle to and from the MBJ-Sangster airport for an additional fee if you booked directly with them. I didn’t book directly with them and the offer didn’t seemed organized. So I searched around and found a good shuttle service through Viator called “Custom Adventures and Travel Services.”The two drivers I had throughout my trip were Troy & Johnny. They were safe, professional, reliable, fair, and willing to work with you. Troy stayed in contact with me before and throughout my trip. There was even a delay with my return flight, but Troy & Johhny were able to accomodate the last minute change. 🙌🏼 The resort was about a 30mins. drive from the MBJ-Sangster airport, a little outside Montego Bay. The round trip to and from the airport was $120 USD or $18,000 JMD, which I was told upon confirmation. Same with the city tour I took (about 2-3hrs.) with Johnny mid-week. Just tell them what you want to do and they’ll give you insight on how to do it. Book with them if you want exceptional service! Good Job Guys👍🏼👍🏼

My family and I had a great experience with this transportation company. Craig was extremely responsive and accommodating. My mom's flight got delayed a day and he was able to pick her up the next day. We also booked him again to take up to a resort in Hanover and if was a long but comfortable trip. I would recommend using him.
