- Upon arrival, after clearing Immigration and Customs, please exit the terminal through the first door on the right (next to Island Car Rental). Once outside, turn right and walk towards the restrooms. The greeter will be standing behind the barricade to the left of the restrooms, in front of Sixt Car Rental, holding a sign that says BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS (please do not look for your name). - Departure Transfers are scheduled approximately 2.5 hours before your flight’s departure time, based on the details you provide when booking. We will send a message to your email with your exact pickup time the day before your departure. - Don’t see your hotel or pickup location in the dropdown? Try typing the name in the search bar to see if it comes up. If it still does not appear, please contact us prior to your trip so we can confirm whether service is available at your location or arrange an alternative nearby meeting point. - Round-trip private transfer service is only available if you have booked the round-trip option. - If you have any questions about your pickup time or location, please contact us directly to avoid any confusion and ensure a smooth experience.

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours out of Charlotte. Byron’s group kept track and were still there once I arrived. I even had to add an extra person once we landed and for a small fee it wasn’t a problem. The people who helped us were very nice!

We just returned from a long weekend in Montego Bay. We stayed at the S hotel, which was lovely. I booked Transfer prior to the trip just to ensure that I had to wait to get there and go back to the airport. Yesterday was our return. Our flight was on major delay. I tried to contact the Transfer company to let them know since I did not want to be picked up at the designated time as I was not willing to sit in the airport for a long amount of hours. The woman whose name I cannot remember, but I believe she basically runs the Company was very nice and was willing to send another driver at a later time, even though the booking will specifically say that you are not allowed to make any changes same day of travel. I believe the reason she was so accommodating was the fact that I advised her that my Hotel was a bit shocked that I paid $50 for four people when in fact, the airport is five minutes away and they were willing to get me a taxi for $20 for four people. So the only downside to all of this is the price. I was unaware of how much it cost to get to and from the airport, but it is much cheaper if you go through your hotel versus booking it like this the way I did. I did mention it to the woman on the customer service line at this Transfer company, and she certainly was willing to accommodate based on my explanation that we pretty much paid a very premium fee. Other than that, the driver was very friendly and helpful and overall again, if you know how to book on your own and do some DIY then I would suggest you have your hotel help you get a local taxi, especially when an airport is literally almost a walkable distance like mine was. So I’m conflicted on the rating because again they were nice and they were willing to accommodate and resend a driver which they usually would not do, but I believe they did it in order to compensate for the premium fee I have paid.

We had such a good experience. Booking online was so smooth and the response time was good. When we arrived we met with a guide and he called our vehicle. Our driver was very friendly. On our return the driver was on time in the lobby for our departure back to the airport from hotel, driver was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a transfer to and from the airport to your hotel.

They do not know what they’re doing and will
Allow you to book and pay but will not be able to drop you there. They are not waiting at the airport to
Pick you up. It’s a hassle, don’t book with them.

However, it's important to note that when you book last minute, delays can occur, especially since your transfer was booked upon your arrival at the airport. At that time, we had already met all guests we were expecting, and our greeter had left. Additionally, the transportation booked did not include drop-off at hotels in Ocho Rios, which was clearly stated in the product description and reiterated in your confirmation. We understand that confusion can arise from search results, but it is essential to read the details carefully to make the right choice. As your booking was made through a third-party site, we have limited control over the situation. We did our best to resolve the misunderstanding amicably, but unfortunately, we could not meet your expectations this time.

The drivers were friendly and courteous. The instructions for meeting at the airport were easy and spot on. Communication through the Viator app was great. But, mostly, if you're a worrier of details, like me, your transportation to and from the airport will be stress free. So, trust me on this, Byron has this down and you truly don't have to give your transportation another thought. Thank you Byron. Very satisfied , it was set up perfectly they had our names ready at outdoor pickup kind driver very entertaining “ typical Jamaican “ . I got the dates wrong on return to airport day of departure “ my fault” but they only charged me a few dollars more to get me the next day, driver was very nice he dropped us off at a store for seasoning , ray & nephews rums etc.

Fantastic service! The directions for finding Byron's at the airport were easy to follow and were spot on! Less than 5 min wait once we checked in for the van to arrive for our party of 6. We had the WORLD FAMOUS Jethro as our drive who gave us a mini tour of history and landmarks on our drive to the resort. A fantastic welcome for our first trip to Jamaica!

Awesome service- Chad from Byron's Tours met us at the airport and had our driver Glen Pull around & picked us up- Took our care of our luggage and got us to our hotel- Due to hurricane damage the main (upper) entry point was under reconstruction and he had to take us back around and to the bottom entrance (quite a drive in traffic). Made sure the bottom gate was unlocked and personally walked us and our luggage to security to ensure we were inside. Highly recommend!!

This was a seamless airport transfer to hotel on arrival in Montego Bay. The company gave clear instructions to meet up with the dispatcher who immediately called the waiting vehicle to drive up for loading and transport. 9 family members including 2 kids and infant. Jethro was an engaging host and informative along the drive to our resort. Communication prior to pick up date was quick. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommended.
