When I return to Jamaica, I will definitely book a transfer through them! Super friendly, punctual, and a smooth ride to our destination and back to the airport. We initially only booked one way (to our resort) but because of our initial encounter I decided to book again! Highly recommend!!

We were super excited to get our girls trip started. We were greeted at the airport for our transport by a super clean van and courtesy driver Andre. He got us to our hotel in Negril safe and sound, he even offered a little history/culture information on the way to paradise. We highly recommend their transport service.

Great Reliable Airport-Hotel Transfer

If you're looking for a worry-free and reliable airport-hotel transfer in Jamaica, I would definitely recommend Andre and his team. Upon our arrival to Montego Bay airport, Andre's team members were there to greet us with my name on a placard and our driver, Marc, picked us up right at the curb. When we were leaving Jamaica, Andre arrived early at our hotel and was waiting for us to finish checking out before we left for our return to the airport. Their vehicles were spacious and clean. Andre and I communicated via text the day before our scheduled return to MBJ. He originally scheduled us for a 10am pick-up, but I informed him that we wanted to leave a little earlier just in case (at 9:30am) and he was willing to work with our timeline without any issue. The best part of our airport transfers though, was Andre and Marc. It is an approximately 2-hour drive from MBJ to the West End of Negril. Andre and Marc were both incredibly friendly and told us a lot about Jamaica, the people, the culture, the customs, the food and the geography of the island. It felt more like we were on a tour of the island than simply an airport transfer; we learned so much about Jamaica from both of them! It made the 2-hour drive seem so much quicker. I would absolutely use again and recommend Road Travel Jamaica Tours for an airport-hotel transfer. In fact, if my teenage child ever decided to go to Jamaica for spring break with friends while in college, I would entrust Andre and his team to take care of getting them to their destination and airport. Thank you again, Andre!

Great experience. Was met by a lovely lady at the airport who escorted us to a nice, late model and clean vehicle. Mark the driver was great the whole way down to Negril from Montego Bay. The return trip was just as effortless, arriving early at my resort. Our driver Nevil was just as courteous and professional as was Mark on our way down. My only critique would be to provide clearer instructions in the booking for which door to exit the airport. There are 2 exits and of course we went out the wrong one first. But everyone at the airport was very helpful, as were all the Jamaican people during our visit, and we quickly turned around and went out the other door. I will definitely use this service again on my next visit, and not just for airport transfers, but any excursions we might need as well.

The drivers were very nice, they both explained the different neighborhoods and gave us mini historical facts. it took about 2 1/2 hours to get to Negril from MBJ because 3:30-6 is HEAVY traffic times. Now getting back make sure even if you get the round trip you call the morning of to confirm the pick up time back to MBJ from Negril because depending on the time of day you will run into traffic. Our driver going to the airport made sure to get us there in time by any means necessary.
