Very nice pickup at airport courteous and helpful. They kept track of my flight and were in contact beforehand to make sure i get to my Airbnb destination. They made sure i have the exact address and all the info needed. I was surprised by the level of excellent service. My guide was courteous and very very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me a welcome intro to Montego Bay. I highly recommend this service. Thanks guys much appreciated.

I booked this last minute but it was great he picked us up from the airport and took us to our Airbnb and he also took us from the Airbnb to airport when it was time to leave and the price is as it shows BOOK NOW, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️‼️

Custom Adventures and Travel Services- Montego Bay, Jamaica
The resort I stayed at offered a shuttle to and from the MBJ-Sangster airport for an additional fee if you booked directly with them. I didn’t book directly with them and the offer didn’t seemed organized. So I searched around and found a good shuttle service through Viator called “Custom Adventures and Travel Services.”The two drivers I had throughout my trip were Troy & Johnny. They were safe, professional, reliable, fair, and willing to work with you. Troy stayed in contact with me before and throughout my trip. There was even a delay with my return flight, but Troy & Johhny were able to accomodate the last minute change. 🙌🏼
The resort was about a 30mins. drive from the MBJ-Sangster airport, a little outside Montego Bay. The round trip to and from the airport was $120 USD or $18,000 JMD, which I was told upon confirmation. Same with the city tour I took (about 2-3hrs.) with Johnny mid-week. Just tell them what you want to do and they’ll give you insight on how to do it.
Book with them if you want exceptional service!

Troy was so great with getting us in even though our flight was canceled and we came in a day late! Pick up at the airport was fast and our driver Johnny was so nice and laid back. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone needing fast and clean transportation. I’d definitely say whenever I come back I will use them again! 5 stars ⭐️

Pickup was smooth and Jenai took care to make the ride as smooth as possible on some bad roads. Troy communicated to us right after the reservation to let us know the additional charge for taking us outside of Montego Bay and was very responsive on WhatsApp every time we reached out.

Roy was awesome! He was stuck in too much traffic to pick me up, but sent Shaquan to get me instead. It was a smooth ride to the resort. Then on departure day, Roy was on time and efficient. He even played some amazing reggae to vibe to. Would highly recommend booking with them to make your experience comfortable, clean, and stress free!

The transfer from MBJ to our resort at Secrets was seamless. Troy was in contact with me the night before and throughout our flight. Had a van waiting for us and, Randel, our driver could not have been more courteous and friendly. Overall, a great experience and no more expansive than if we had just jumped in a cab. But much nicer.
