Very nice pickup at airport courteous and helpful. They kept track of my flight and were in contact beforehand to make sure i get to my Airbnb destination. They made sure i have the exact address and all the info needed. I was surprised by the level of excellent service. My guide was courteous and very very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me a welcome intro to Montego Bay. I highly recommend this service. Thanks guys much appreciated.

Drivers were cool found nice and cheap excursions took me out to clubs /strip clubs. Anything you want they got you.
Troy picked us up and provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire ride. Highly recommend Troy for reliable and professional transportation!
Troy was the best driver we could’ve asked for. He told us all about the island, very prompt with pickup and drop off. Overall 100/10 experience felt safe as we were 2 female travelers. Would recommend him to anyone
Paid for round trip airport to hotel in Kingston Jamaica…….no show, 5 phone calls……no show called, cancelled. Operator said driver had flat. Second driver no show. Caught cab. Waiting for refund.
WILL NEVER USE VIATOR AGAIN.

This listing covers all resorts in Montego Bay not Kingston but once a guest book with us will take them to where they need to go anywhere on the island.
Unfortunately you were unable to wait for the second driver to arrive which by right you should not have to he should be waiting for you.
A refund was issued the same day.
Additionally we will provide you with free transportation whenever you revisit Jamaica.

From the moment he picked us up at the airport, we knew we were in great hands. This was my first trip back to Jamaica in over 22 years, and my husband's first visit to the island. Troy immediately made us feel welcome with his warm personality, professionalism, and genuine kindness.
Our rides to and from Excellence Oyster Bay were so much more than just airport transfers. Along the way, Troy shared interesting history about Montego Bay and the surrounding areas, pointed out local landmarks, talked about Jamaican culture, and answered all of our questions. It felt like we were getting a mini tour from someone who truly loves his country.
On the way back to the airport, he even took us to enjoy authentic Jamaican food before our flight home, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. As someone whose parents and grandparents were from Kingston, it meant so much to enjoy one last taste of Jamaica before leaving, and my husband loved it too.
Most importantly, Troy made us feel completely safe and comfortable every step of the way. He was always on time, his vehicle was clean and comfortable, and his driving was professional from start to finish. We were able to relax and simply enjoy the ride.
Troy isn't just an excellent driver—he's an outstanding ambassador for Jamaica. His pride in the island, his knowledge, and his wonderful personality made our vacation even more memorable.

Everything was a fantastic, especially traveling with a young child! Having private transportation to and from the airport made for a very stress free arrival and departure. Super friendly - great communication so we knew exactly where and when to meet - very reliable. Also was interesting to hear about the local attractions as we were driving by them! Sometimes I worry when travel is too easy to book that there will be hiccups. Not here. Simple process, great communication, and friendly staff.
Troy stayed in contact the entire time. He was a safe driver. I asked him to put a special name on my sign which he did and laminated it. I plan to hang it up when I get back home.

Text or call when you're outside ready to go. The taxi can't busy hang around. There's a lot happening at once, so you may get overestimated, but most people are friendly.

Troy was our driver. He was very fun to be around and very informative on what to do for activities and night life. He checked on us to make sure we were good the whole visit. Very good person definitely recommend as driver.
Johnny was prompt, friendly, professional. He gave me bits of info about the areas we passed. The van was refreshingly cool, and clean. The day I arrived was unfortunately very rainy but my driver maintained our safety and comfort the entire trip.

The resort I stayed at offered a shuttle to and from the MBJ-Sangster airport for an additional fee if you booked directly with them. I didn’t book directly with them and the offer didn’t seemed organized. So I searched around and found a good shuttle service through Viator called “Custom Adventures and Travel Services.”The two drivers I had throughout my trip were Troy & Johnny. They were safe, professional, reliable, fair, and willing to work with you. Troy stayed in contact with me before and throughout my trip. There was even a delay with my return flight, but Troy & Johhny were able to accomodate the last minute change. 🙌🏼
The resort was about a 30mins. drive from the MBJ-Sangster airport, a little outside Montego Bay. The round trip to and from the airport was $120 USD or $18,000 JMD, which I was told upon confirmation. Same with the city tour I took (about 2-3hrs.) with Johnny mid-week. Just tell them what you want to do and they’ll give you insight on how to do it.
Book with them if you want exceptional service!

Troy was so great with getting us in even though our flight was canceled and we came in a day late! Pick up at the airport was fast and our driver Johnny was so nice and laid back. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone needing fast and clean transportation. I’d definitely say whenever I come back I will use them again! 5 stars ⭐️
