Eric was a wonderful driver. He made a stop for us to get food on the way to our hotel. The day before we were leaving one of the passengers that’s supposed leave with us noticed she had an earlier flight so I called and was able to get an earlier transfer for her at an additional cost that was reasonable. My ride a few hours later was great and seamless as well. I will definitely use this service every time I travel and refer my clients as well.

Hodinga was amazing navigating us through the heavy traffic coming from Montego Bay to Moon Palace. It was very unusual to take as long as it did, there was an accident as well as a huge cruise ship that had arrived. Hodinga was absolutely wonderful stopped for us twice to grab some local items. He made it so much better!!

Van was nice, both ways...

Van was nice, both ways from Montego Bay Airport to Ocho Rios Hotel. Both drivers explained stuff about Jamaica and what we were driving by along the way, which was nice. Communication for meeting spot for pick up was crystal clear. Highly recommend.

Okay taxi for an exceptionally high price!

Taxi’s in Jamaica are exceptionally overpriced. As comparison, taxi’s in Miami, London, NYC and Amsterdam are way cheaper. And for mostly poorly contained roads. For a 3 hour trip on bumpy roads you pay almost 300 US$. And this cannot be found much cheaper on the internet or using regular travel agencies (yes more expensive more easily). Overall this means that I would not advice to go traveling within Jamaica. I feel that traveling within a country should represent hospitality.

As soon as we walked out of the airport, our guide was there to take us to our driver. Our driver was amazing he pointed out places on the way and explained them. He noticed some people were sleeping and lowered the music which was very polite. He explained each town we were in and how long we had to the resort.

We had a flight leaving out of JFK on 75 we received a text message From the airline stating that our flight was canceled, I reached out to the number that was provided to let you guys know that we were not coming on the trip again today now July 8 I have not heard from the company nor have I received a full refund.

Never catch a bus or shuttle when this private transfer is an option. Very easy process, Very friendly people. The driver was knowledgeable and accommodating— he showed and talked to us about local things we wouldn’t have known otherwise. We got in an air conditioned van with a group of 4 and it was very clean. Omar (driver) was nice enough to load and unload the bags for us. 10/10 recommend
