Omg, where do I even start?! 😭 Aldwane is honestly the BEST driver you could ever ask for! He was literally so sweet, caring, accommodating, and reliable from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were comfortable and taken care of.
He was always on time, professional, and just genuinely such a kind person. Our experience with him was 10/10!

I paid for a ride from the airport to the resort and wasn't picked up the driver call and I told him I was getting my bags and headed out to The pick up he said ok when I got to the pick up he wasn't there I called back and he didn't answer then he texted and said I'm headed your way so I waited for awhile then it started to rain so I got another taxi
Driver was punctual and had a great attitude. He listened very attentively to my questions and answered them respectfully. Kudos to Kemar!

My driver was friendly and fun. Unfortunately I was dropped at the wrong hotel and had to get a shuttle to my proper hotel.

Good afternoon, Jamie, first let me apologize for the mix up of hotels. I want to explain to you how this happened as the driver felt really bad about what happened. The driver was given the name of the hotel as RIU palace, and when he picked you up, he reconfirmed the hotel name and you stated RIU Montego Bay, (completely ok.) There was a mix up because RIU hotels have three separate resorts in Montego Bay all right next to each other. RIU Reggae; RIU Palace; and RIU Montego Bay. Yes, it was an honest mix up, but the fact is, it was an error on hour part. For that Aldwane would like to reimburse you the entire amount and will still take you back to the airport on 3/31 with no charge. Please let us know if you agree to this. Again, sincerely apologize for the mix up. Thank you.
