Great experience. Nexus Tours got me to my destination safely and when it was time for me to head back to the airport, they communicated the pick-up time in a timely manner and the pickup was on time and I made my flight back home.

As soon as cleared immigration this transportation service was readily available for pick. There were a few stops in between but not long to get to the hotel. The transfer back was also on time however more stops that had me worried I was going to miss our flight. Overall great service.

When I arrived at the airport (MBJ), we were directed to see the Nexus booth and then we were sent to the bus so that we could go to our hotel. Everything was smooth and the driver was very friendly. I was told to see the representative once we arrived at the hotel but she wasn't much help. She did not confirm return pickup time so the day before my flight I went looking for her and she was nowhere to be found. I ended up speaking with (who I assumed) is a partner company and they call/connected me with my representative. She confirmed return travel and requested that I send a picture of confirmation (which I did). My flight was was 1:37 and she arranged for me to be picked up at 9:30. I figured it would be crazy traffic and assumed maybe she was getting us so early because it was a holiday and the airport would be crowded. Well we arrive to the airport by 10 and made it to our gate by 10:30 which meant waiting 3 HOURS before our flight. Other than getting us to the airport entirely too early I would say it was an okay experience and it got us to where we needed to go.

There was so much misunderstanding with my transportation arriving and especially departing. You dropped me off at Legends resort Negril. Lied and said, someone, will stop by to talk to me on my arrival. Never showed up. Strike one., then you send a text stating that your transportation will be picking you up at 10:20 am with no location to where they coming to. Unfortunately, they were at the wrong resort. Then going to tell me to catch a taxi and they will reimburse me 120.00. Bull S!!!

We got to the airport and no one was there holding up signs for us. We waited and no one ever came. I reached out to them via email and asked for a refund and they still haven't responded. I paid for a round trip and still no one has reached out to me. Not even by email. I never like to leave bad reviews but I am not happy about this. I'm a business woman so I would expect for them to reach out if they are a professional service like they say they are.

There was no confirmation or communication about when my return shuttle would pick me up. When I called to ask the lady said 9:30am, but the driver came at 8:30am and I had to pay $100 for a taxi to get me to the airport.

Completely satisfied and happy! They were on time for both Round trip transports and very friendly and reliable. They communicated well and we didn’t have to wait long at the airport. Horrible shuttle service

Our flight arrived in Montego Bay at 8:45 Sunday night. When we arrived at the shuttle desk, some other shuttle services said that our company had already left for the evening! What??? We had reservations for 5 (too many for a taxi) and had already paid! Our flight was on time, short customs and we only had carry-ons. They said "they didn't think we were coming" (yes, it was the start of the Covid-19 panic so a lot of people had cancelled but we didn't). We gave no indication of that, had not cancelled the booking, and they didn't even wait to see if we arrived. So we were left stranded and had to take whoever we could get at a much higher price. Then we had to waste time (and international cell minutes) calling the local rep during our vacation to find out what to do about the already booked/paid return. It took them all week and by then, I was not comfortable using them and rebooked with another company. Although I received a full refund for the Viator booking, I ended up paying much more finding last minute service, plus a lot of anxiety and wasted time too. Not a great way to start the trip. Viator should find another shuttle service.

I have never left a negative comment but this is by far the worse experience I have had with transportation. I had my printed voucher and they would not honor it at the airport, I was told I had to ride the free shuttle provided with my resort. I could not get a refund and I never used their services. We used a taxi service outside of the airport for more than half the price, very safe and didn't have to deal with the rude customer service. Called the Viator help number and was told I do not have a transfer, what a scam.

Put us and another family on the wrong bus from the airport. Should have been a 15 minute ride to the hotel. Took over 2 hours. Didn't show up at the hotel at our confirmed departure time for our return. Had to scramble to get other transportation.
