Our driver was waiting for us at the exit to the airport it took us 1 1/2 to get to the Riu Negril which is typical with traffic in the towns and the road conditions. I cannot fault the service we received

Mr. Reliable lives up to his name! Was there promptly and responded to all communication, even when we had flight changes. We also requested some ice cold Red Stripe for the ride to start our vacation right and he delivered! Even when traffic was busy, he got us safely and promptly to our resort and back to the airport. The flight was delayed but the driver met us without a problem. Then the road from MBJ to Negril was flooded at Lucea and what is normally an hour and a half trip took more than 3 hours.
The driver was great, the issues were beyond anyone's control and he handled the trip with grace and efficiency.

Our driver, Lee, was wonderful. He is a very skilled driver who got us to our resort in Negril as quickly and safely as he could. He gave us some history of Jamaica and told us about all the different fruits. He was waiting for us as soon as we left the airport terminal, which helped reduce the overwhelm feeling one gets upon arrival. When we come back, we will be sure to use them again!

Robert was our driver for the round trip transfer and he was excellent!! He was right out front with our name when we arrived and was so friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. He showed us some cool sights on the ride to our resort. He asked if there was anything we wanted to get on the way in and we stopped at Hammond’s Bakery for some delicious beef patties and Rainbow Shop for souvenirs. He showed up right on time when it was time to leave for the airport. I would definitely book Mr. Reasonable again for a private transfer and request Robert as our driver.
