What To Expect
Ensure a smooth start to your Jamaica trip by pre-booking your private transfer for up to 15 people between Montego Bay Airport and Negril.
A representative will be waiting outside the domestic arrivals area with an Island Transfer and Tours sign. They will then summon your driver, who will be waiting with a private sedan, minivan, or bus, depending on your group size. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride in air-conditioned comfort to your Negril resort.
Save time by avoiding the many stops common in shared transfers, though your driver can stop along the way at your request, in addition to providing you more information on Jamaican history and culture and recommendations on activities and attractions.
If you’ve booked a round-trip transfer, your driver will meet you outside the main lobby of your Negril resort at the end of your trip to take you back to the airport.

Scott was very nice from the time we were picked up until the time we were dropped off. He provided us with the history of the towns we were passing through, asked us what our interests were for the trip and made recommendations. He was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Scott! 👌

The drive was good and our driver Lance was great. He made what was going seem like a long feel very short. He pointed out many points of interest and talked to us about Jamaica and the hospitality of Jamaicans.

Great driver, very knowledgeable and very nice to me and my son. He got us safely to our Resort in Negril all the way from Montego Bay Airport. I wish the resort was closer but that’s no fault of driver. We know to pick something closer to airport next time.

Thank you for being an incredibly helpful company ! With significant flight delays you were able to accommodate our party of 7 arriving on different flights . The whole experience was overall very disappointing. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. Our driver arrived approximately 20 minutes late there was no bottled water as requested and we were lost for over an hour before we finally help the driver find our hotel would not recommend this company again ever

Thank you for your review and we appreciate the time you took to write it. Based on our investigations the driver did indeed have some difficulty finding the location and we would like to offer our sincere apologies for the mishap relating to your transfer to your accommodations. Negril has a multitude of smaller hotels and villas, that are not frequently visited in fact it is the first we have made a transfer to that location in 5 years and as such; at times needs GPS to locate them, the fact the driver did not do this is an error on his and by extension our part. We believe however, the duration of which you mentioned you waited for the driver to be overstated as our drivers park at a holding spot 5 minutes from the pick-up point because like most airports drivers are not allowed to park on airport; unless the traffic blocks the driver from entering the airport it should not take that long to get to the pick-up spot. We have already reached out and resolved the matter amicably and you were very appreciative in the way we chose to resolve the issue. Though the trip might not have gotten off to the greatest start from all of us at Island Transfer and Tours we would like to welcome you to Jamaica and hope you have a wonderful stay in Negril. We would like to once again apologize for this mishap and hope you use us again to gain the true Island Transfer and Tours experience.

Our driver Mr. Lawrence arrived ready to take us as soon as we left the airport. He gave us a cultural tour of the coast as we drove to Negril. We unfortunately got a flat tire but he changed it on his own in no time and had us at the resort within no time. Highly suggest this service!!!

Even after changing our itinerary multiple times, Viator customer service and the operator went out of their way to accommodate our airport transfers. Levawn was an awesome driver who gave us a great tour and took care of the kids with fresh snack stop on the way.

This was a great service and glad I booked. Island Tours did a phenomenal job picking and dropping us off about 90 mins from Montego Bay Airport to our Negril resort.
They provided detailed instructions that were easy to follow and they where were they said they would be.
The car/van was clean and the drivers were friendly and accommodating without being too chatty.
They drove as best they could and made sure to make it as pleasant for us as possible.

Driver was going too fast. When we told him to slow down, he said he has another that he can not afford to miss. There was five of us in the minibus and no one felt safe.

We were picked up at the airport by Ryan. It had been raining hard and traffic was horrible. Took us over three hours to reach our destination. Probably would have been an awful experience, but, Ryan made it great! He showed us all the main sights along the way and was obviously extremely educated on local culture and news. He even introduced us to some great local music and his playlist was spot on. We will request him again for our ride back to the airport.
